本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种新型波纹软管，是由一软管体及在该软管体两端头设置的连接头组件组成；其特征在于：所述的连接头组件包括固定在软管体两端口的密封垫、活动套设于该密封垫上的金属圆形螺母及紧固在金属圆形螺母外壁上与金属圆形螺母形成一整体结构的外紧固件。
所述的金属圆形螺母内壁设置内螺纹，外形为圆形。
所述的外紧固件内壁为圆形，其外紧固件的内尺寸等于或稍大于金属圆形螺母的外形尺寸，其外紧固件与金属圆形螺母套设起来，形成过盈配合。
所述的外紧固件为塑料材料组成，金属圆形螺母套入外紧固件其内。

如图1所示，一种新型波纹软管，是由一软管体1及在该软管体1两端头设置的连接头组件组成；连接头组件包括固定在软管体1两端口的密封垫4、活动套设于该密封垫4上的金属圆形螺母3及紧固在金属圆形螺母3外壁上与金属圆形螺母3形成一整体结构的外紧固件2；软管体1的一端连接在自来水出水管道上，另一端连接在水龙头管上，密封垫4防止流入软管体1内的水产生渗漏；金属圆形螺母3连接在水龙头管或自来水出水管道上，通过外紧固件2进行旋紧连接起来。
所述的金属圆形螺母3内壁设置内螺纹，外形为圆形，为方便加工成型，并且由于金属圆形螺母3内藏于外紧固件2的内部，因此在使用时，无需对金属圆形螺母3进行电镀处理，从而节省了电镀费用。
所述的外紧固件2内壁为圆形，其外紧固件2的内尺寸等于或稍大于金属圆形螺母3的外形尺寸，其外紧固件2与金属圆形螺母3套设起来，形成过盈配合，使得外紧固件2与金属圆形螺母3连接为一整体结构。
