本实用新型公开了一种高性能长寿命电力电缆，包括有导体，在导体的外侧依次包覆有云母绕包耐火层、内高电性能交联料绝缘层和外阻燃无卤辐照交联料绝缘层，将多根导体束绞后在外侧依次包覆有珠光砂复合填充层、玻璃纤维带加陶瓷化硅橡胶带绕包层和阻燃无卤辐照交联料外护套。本实用新型采用新材料和新工艺，双层绝缘确保电缆的高电性能和高阻燃不相互抑制，电缆使用长期工作温度85℃时寿命可高于70年，适合各种建筑场合电压等级为0.6/1kV用电力电缆。

本实用新型涉及电缆技术领域，尤其涉及一种高性能长寿命电力电缆。
背景技术
现有的用于建筑场合电压等级为0.6/1kV用电力电缆不能很好的工作在高温环境下，且使用寿命比较低，一般电缆的使用寿命在30年左右，存在阻燃和绝缘效果差的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种高性能长寿命电力电缆。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种高性能长寿命电力电缆，包括有导体，在导体的外侧依次包覆有云母绕包耐火层、内高电性能交联料绝缘层和外阻燃无卤辐照交联料绝缘层，将多根导体束绞后在外侧依次包覆有珠光砂复合填充层、玻璃纤维带加陶瓷化硅橡胶带绕包层和阻燃无卤辐照交联料外护套。
所述的导体是由多根无氧铜丝束绞而成的。
导电线芯采用符合GB/T 3956标准无氧铜丝导电性能好。
耐火层采用煅烧云母带，氟含量小于0.1，远远低于普通云母，具有清洁环保的性能。
绝缘采用内高电性能交联料+外阻燃无卤辐照交联料双层结构，继能满足高电性能要求，又可满足阻燃环保的要求，可实现长寿命要求。
护套采用阻燃无卤辐照交联料，满足阻燃环保的要求，可实现长寿命要求。
一般电缆的使用寿命在30年左右，建筑行业规定是长期工作温度70℃时寿命可达70年，而我们的电缆长期工作温度85℃时寿命可高于70年。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型采用新材料和新工艺，双层绝缘确保电缆的高电性能和高阻燃不相互抑制，电缆使用长期工作温度85℃时寿命可高于70年，适合各种建筑场合电压等级为0.6/1kV用电力电缆。

如图1所示，一种高性能长寿命电力电缆，包括有导体1，在导体1的外侧依次包覆有云母绕包耐火层2、内高电性能交联料绝缘层3和外阻燃无卤辐照交联料绝缘层4，将多根导体1束绞后在外侧依次包覆有珠光砂复合填充层5、玻璃纤维带加陶瓷化硅橡胶带绕包层6和阻燃无卤辐照交联料外护套7。
所述的导体1是由多根无氧铜丝束绞而成的。

1.一种高性能长寿命电力电缆，其特征在于：包括有导体，在导体的外侧依次包覆有云母绕包耐火层、内高电性能交联料绝缘层和外阻燃无卤辐照交联料绝缘层，将多根导体束绞后在外侧依次包覆有珠光砂复合填充层、玻璃纤维带加陶瓷化硅橡胶带绕包层和阻燃无卤辐照交联料外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能长寿命电力电缆，其特征在于：所述的导体是由多根无氧铜丝束绞而成的。
