Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种结构简单的新型夜灯,在壳体上设有透光的出光面板,第一灯珠直接焊接在控制电路板上,第一灯珠发出的光线经导光件的折射和反射后导入出光面板,利于光线的传输并使得出光面板出光均匀而柔和,具有使用方便,生产组装简便,以及生产成本低的特点。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及照明装置,尤其是一种结构简单的新型夜灯。
【背景技术】
市场上,夜灯种类很多,一般的夜灯其亮度比较高且不均匀,使用时,容易产生刺眼而影响使用者的眼睛,并且零部件多,制造工艺复杂,制造成本高。另外,一般夜灯的灯珠与控制电路板是分开设计,并通过导线电连接,且这种导线电连接的夜灯在冲击的环境中使用常有电接触不稳定的现象,且制造成本较高。
本实用新型即针对现有技术的不足而研究提出。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型目的是克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、出光均匀、电接触稳定以及便于生产组装、成本低的新型夜灯。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型一种结构简单的新型夜灯,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有控制电路板,所述控制电路板上电连接有第一灯珠,所述壳体1包括能够透光的出光面板,所述壳体上还设有能够将第一灯珠发出的光线导入出光面板而射出的导光件。
所述导光件的一端设有内凹的导光槽,所述第一灯珠位于导光槽之中。
所述导光件为导光套或导光柱,所述导光槽设置在导光套或导光柱一端底部,所述的第一灯珠多个连接呈环形分布,所述导光槽为与第一灯珠相对应的环形槽。
所述第一灯珠设在控制电路板上。
所述壳体包括下壳与上盖,所述出光面板卡接在上盖上。
所述的导光件为阶梯轴套,所述上盖上设有与阶梯轴套相配合的限位沉孔。
所述导光件设有多个定位孔,所述出光面板上设有装饰件,所述装饰件上设有与定位孔配合的定位柱。
所述控制电路板上电连接有穿过导光件的用于感应控制第一灯珠点亮的感应开关。
所述壳体一端内设有与控制电路板电连接的第二灯珠,所述壳体端部内设有呈锥形结构的用于罩住第二灯珠的反光杯,所述壳体端部设有用于封挡反光杯出光口的端部导光板。
所述端部导光板内侧面设有使第二灯珠产生的光均匀射出的端部调光结构。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型具有如下优点:
1、在壳体上设有透光的出光面板,所述导光件可以为导光套,也可以为导光柱,第一灯珠发出的光线经导光件的折射和反射后导入出光面板,利于光线的传输并使得出光面板出光均匀而柔和。
2、导光件的一端设有内凹的导光槽,第一灯珠位于导光槽之中,使得第一灯珠发出的光更多的进入导光件中,并经导光件导入出光面板,保证出光亮度,以减小光能损耗。
3、第一灯珠多个连接呈环形分布,导光槽为与第一灯珠相对应的环形槽,使之出光均匀而柔和,有效避免刺眼现象。
4、第一灯珠直接焊接在控制电路板上,具有结构简单,电接触稳定,简化了生产组装流程,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
5、壳体包括下壳与上盖,所述出光面板卡接在上盖上,方便生产组装连接和拆卸更换,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
6、出光面板上设有与导光件相配合的装饰件,装饰件对导光件的射出的光有一定的反射的效果,使出光更加均匀,同时增加美观度。
7、控制电路板上电连接有穿过导光件的用于感应控制第一灯珠点亮的感应开关,通过感应开关自动感应人体移动以点亮第一灯珠,具有自动控制特点,方便人们使用。
8、壳体端部设置有第二灯珠和罩住第二灯珠的反光杯,反光杯的出光口设有插接在壳体端部的端部导光板,端部导光板内侧面设有端部调光结构,端部调光结构为设在端部导光板内侧面上的凸点,且凸点的表面为曲面或斜面,使得第二灯珠产生的光经过凸点表面折射及反射后,再由端部导光板导出,具有出光均匀、柔和的特点,可以作为手电照明,方便人们使用。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式作进一步描述:
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型一种结构简单的新型夜灯,包括壳体1,所述壳体1内设有控制电路板2,所述控制电路板2上电连接有第一灯珠3,即将第一灯珠3直接焊接在控制电路板2上,保证其电接触稳定,简化了生产组装流程,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。所述壳体1包括能够透光的出光面板4,所述壳体1上还设有能够将第一灯珠3发出的光线导入出光面板4而射出的导光件5。第一灯珠3发出的光线经导光件5的折射和反射后导入出光面板4,使得出光面板出光均匀而柔和。
如图5所示,所述导光件5为导光套,如图6所示所述导光件5为导光柱,所述导光槽51则相应设置在导光套或导光柱一端底部,所述导光槽51为与第一灯珠3相对应的环形槽,以用于容纳第一灯珠3,所述的第一灯珠3为LED灯珠,采用多个连接呈环形分布。第一灯珠3发光时,可保证更多光线进入导光件51中,并经导光件51导入出光面板4,保证出光亮度,以减小光能损耗。
如图9和图10所示,所述壳体1包括下壳11与上盖12,所述出光面板4卡接在上盖12上。为了提高亮度及降低光能损耗,在上盖12的上表面涂覆有反光层,进一步提高出光效率。
本实用新型所述的导光件5采用导光套时,该导光套为阶梯轴套,所述上盖12上设有与阶梯轴套相配合的限位沉孔13。
所述导光件5端部设有多个定位孔52,所述出光面板4上设有装饰件6,如图7所示,所述装饰件6上设有与定位孔52配合的定位柱61,所述定位柱61配合锁定在定位孔52中。所述的出光面板4正面上设有盖体沉孔41,所述装饰件6上部镶嵌于盖体沉孔41内。
所述控制电路板2上电连接有穿过导光件5的用于感应控制第一灯珠3点亮的感应开关21,通过感应开关自动感应人体移动以点亮第一灯珠3,具有自动控制特点。
所述壳体1一端内设有与控制电路板2电连接的第二灯珠7,所述壳体1端部内设有呈锥形结构的用于罩住第二灯珠7的反光杯8,所述的反光杯8呈四棱锥结构,所述壳体1端部设有用于封挡反光杯8出光口的端部导光板9,所述端部导光板9内侧面设有使第二灯珠7产生的光均匀射出的端部调光结构10,如图8所示,所述端部调光结构10为阵列分布的凸点,且凸点的表面为曲面或斜面。
所述壳体1端部设有端部出光口15,所述端部出光口15内侧相向设有插槽16,所述端部导光板9两侧设有插销17,所述插销17插接于插槽16上。
所述的壳体1侧面设有控制第一灯珠3的第一开关17和控制第二灯珠7的第二开关18。所述的壳体内设有电池19。所述壳体1上设有可折叠的插头14,所述插头14与控制电路板电连接。使用时拔出电插头14,插上插座,提供电源和给电池充电。所述插头14拔下插座,可折叠到壳体1内。当打开第一开关17,第一灯珠3发光,光线通过导光件5导入到出光面板4,出光面板4均匀射出灯光。当打开第二开关18,第二灯珠7发光,光线经过反光杯8反射和直射进入端部导光板9,经端部导光板9上的端部调光结构10调光后射出均匀的灯光。

1.一种结构简单的新型夜灯,其特征在于:包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)内设有控制电路板(2),所述控制电路板(2)上电连接有第一灯珠(3),所述壳体(1)包括能够透光的出光面板(4),所述壳体(1)上还设有能够将第一灯珠(3)发出的光线导入出光面板(4)而射出的导光件(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种结构简单的新型夜灯,其特征在于:所述导光件(5)的一端设有内凹的导光槽(51),所述第一灯珠(3)位于导光槽(51)之中。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种结构简单的新型夜灯,其特征在于:所述导光件(5)为导光套或导光柱,所述导光槽(51)设置在导光套或导光柱一端底部,所述的第一灯珠(3)多个连接呈环形分布,所述导光槽(51)为与第一灯珠(3)相对应的环形槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种结构简单的新型夜灯,其特征在于:所述第一灯珠(3)设在控制电路板(2)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种结构简单的新型夜灯,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)包括下壳(11)与上盖(12),所述出光面板(4)卡接在上盖(12)上。
