本实用新型公开了一种辣椒清洗循环用水装置，包括清洗池，在所述清洗池内设有喷水嘴，喷水嘴设置在喷水管上，喷水管通过管道与水泵的出水端口连接，水泵的进水端口通过过滤池与清洗池连接，所述过滤池附着在清洗池的一侧，且与清洗池连通，在过滤池中设置有过滤网。与现有技术相比，本实用新型通过安装过滤池及水泵，将清洗池内的水通过过滤池及水泵又重新用来冲洗辣椒，可使清洗辣椒后的水资源得到循环利用，节约了水资源。

背景技术
辣椒在深加工之前都要进行清洗处理，现在也有采用水冲洗来清洗辣椒的方法，但在实际使用中发现，现有冲洗没有将清洗之后的水收集回收利用，存在水资源浪费的情况。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种辣椒清洗循环用水装置，具有结构简单，操作方便，可有效解决现有清洗方式存在的水资源浪费，不能回收循环利用的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种辣椒清洗循环用水装置，包括清洗池，在所述清洗池内设有喷水嘴，喷水嘴设置在喷水管上，喷水管通过管道与水泵的出水端口连接，水泵的进水端口通过过滤池与清洗池连接，所述过滤池附着在清洗池的一侧，且与清洗池连通，在过滤池中设置有过滤网。
所述过滤网为1块以上，设置多块过滤网可以进一步的过滤辣椒清洗杂质。
所述过滤网的目数为200～400目，这样可保证水泵的使用寿命，并且不好堵塞喷水嘴。
所述喷水管为3根，分别布置在清洗池一侧的上中下部，可提高冲洗效率。
本实用新型的有益效果：
本实用新型与现有技术相比，通过安装过滤池及水泵，将清洗池内的水通过过滤池及水泵又重新用来冲洗辣椒，可使清洗辣椒后的水资源得到循环利用，节约了水资源。

结合图1和图2，本实施例一种辣椒清洗循环用水装置，包括清洗池1，在所述清洗池1内安装有喷水嘴2，多个喷水嘴2布置在喷水管3上，喷水管3通过管道5与水泵4的出水端口连接，水泵4的进水端口通过过滤池6与清洗池1连接，所述过滤池6附着在清洗池1的一侧，且与清洗池1连通，在过滤池6中设置有过滤网7，该过滤网7的目数为200～400目，这样可保证水泵的使用寿命，并且不好堵塞喷水嘴。
在本实用新型中喷水管3为3根，分别布置在清洗池1一侧的上中下部，可提高冲洗效率。
使用时，清洗池1内的水在经过过滤池6时可被过滤，过滤后的水可通过水泵4、管道5、喷水管3，再次从喷水嘴2喷洒出来。在过滤池6被挡住的杂物可手工清理。

1.一种辣椒清洗循环用水装置，包括清洗池（1），其特征在于：在所述清洗池（1）内设有喷水嘴（2），喷水嘴（2）设置在喷水管（3）上，喷水管（3）通过管道（5）与水泵（4）的出水端口连接，水泵（4）的进水端口通过过滤池（6）与清洗池（1）连接，所述过滤池（6）附着在清洗池（1）的一侧，且与清洗池（1）连通，在过滤池（6）中设置有过滤网（7），所述过滤网（7）的目数为200～400目，所述喷水管（3）为3根，分别布置在清洗池（1）一侧的上中下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用水装置，其特征在于：所述过滤网（7）为1块以上。
