背景技术
石油机械中钻井顶部驱动装置在运行时,时常会出现因轴承而转动停滞的现象,用户对此很是苦恼。由于常规的推力圆锥滚动轴承使用号钢、黄铜合金保持器,由于对保持器强度有要求,需要给保持器横梁留足够空间,所以轴承承载能力有限;而满装滚子的推力圆锥轴承,如果滚子间隙小则在启动及运转时会出现干涉现象,滚子间隙大则在启动及运转时会出现滚子打横的现象,这两种情况均会造成轴承在运转中出现停滞的现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是克服上述不足,提供一种结构简单,承载能力强的星型支柱空心滚子推力圆锥滚动轴承。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种星型支柱空心滚子推力圆锥滚动轴承,包括座圈1,轴圈2,滚动体3,还包括星型支柱组合保持器,星型支柱组合保持器由支柱4,保持架大垫圈5和保持架小垫圈6构成,支柱4穿过滚动体3,支柱4的内端通过螺纹与保持架小垫圈6连接,支柱4的外端与保持架大垫圈5焊接在一起,支柱4呈星型分布。
由于保持器中星型分布的支柱4穿过滚动体3中心,因此不需要通过减少滚动体3这种降低承载的方式给保持器腾空间,通过支柱4内端螺纹与外端焊接的复合方式,将保持器的保持架大垫圈5和保持架小垫圈6组合起来,相比常规推力圆锥轴承会有更强的承载能力。在运转过程中由于保持器支柱4在滚动体3中心孔中,具有引导作用,因此有效避免滚子间干涉、打横现象。
本实用新型的有益效果是,结构简单,承载能力强,采用星型支柱组合保持器穿过空心的圆锥滚动体,有效解决运行停滞这一难题。

本实用新型的工作过程:轴承在运转时,滚动体3围绕着轴心进行向心转动,保持器的支柱4穿过滚动体3,从滚动体3内部引导滚动体3转动,同时保证滚动体3轴向和径向位置固定,使滚动体3按照正确轨迹运转。
