Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种种植体用钻头，包括柄部，所述的柄部呈直杆状，所述柄部的上端设有结合部，所述柄部的下端设有刃部，所述刃部的侧壁上设有若干用作尺寸刻度线的氮化钛镀层。本实用新型在刃部上设有用作尺寸刻度线的氮化钛镀层，由于氮化钛的特殊性质，使得该尺寸刻度线显示为黄色，从而能够在临床操作中让医生轻易识别。

本实用新型涉及一种种植体用钻头。
背景技术
种植体用钻头是随着牙种植体的出现而发明的，其结构包括三部分：柄部、结合部、刃部。市面上的钻头一般设有一个凸台，临床操作钻头的钻入深度靠凸台限位，但这就使得钻头钻入深度单一，种植牙手术中需要不断地更换钻头的型号，不仅降低了种植牙医生的工作效率，还增加了牙科器械的成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有种植体用钻头的上述不足，本实用新型提供一种带有尺寸刻度线的种植体用钻头。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：种植体用钻头，包括柄部，所述的柄部呈直杆状，所述柄部的上端设有结合部，所述柄部的下端设有刃部，所述刃部的侧壁上设有若干用作尺寸刻度线的氮化钛镀层。
进一步，所述的氮化钛镀层沿周向360度设置在刃部的侧壁上。
进一步，所述的相邻氮化钛镀层之间的间距不同。
进一步，所述的刃部呈麻花状。
进一步，所述刃部的前端设有尖端，且所述尖端的角度为钝角。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：1.刃部上设有用作尺寸刻度线的氮化钛镀层，由于氮化钛的特殊性质，使得该尺寸刻度线显示为黄色，从而能够在临床操作中让医生轻易识别；2.相邻氮化钛镀层之间的间距可根据实际需要钻入的深度进行调整，使得该种植体用钻头使用范围更广，节省了牙科手术的成本；3.麻花状的刃部和钝角的尖端，使得更容易钻入，且易于排屑。

参照图1，种植体用钻头，包括柄部1，所述的柄部1呈直杆状，所述柄部1的上端设有结合部2，所述柄部1的下端设有刃部3，所述刃部3的侧壁上设有若干用作尺寸刻度线的氮化钛镀层4。本实施例中，所述的氮化钛镀层4沿周向360度设置在刃部3的侧壁上。
临床使用时，氮化钛镀层4呈黄色，医生可轻易观察到，不会被光线所限制，且360度周向设置，使得医生在任意角度都可观察到该镀层，从而确定钻孔的深度。
本实施例中，所述的相邻氮化钛镀层4之间的间距不同，根据不同的要求设置不同的间距，实用范围更广泛。
本实施例中，所述的刃部3呈麻花状，且所述刃部3的前端设有尖端5，且所述尖端5的角度为钝角，该刃部3使得钻头更容易钻入，且易于排屑。

1.种植体用钻头，包括柄部，所述的柄部呈直杆状，所述柄部的上端设有结合部，所述柄部的下端设有刃部，其特征在于：所述刃部的侧壁上设有若干用作尺寸刻度线的氮化钛镀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的种植体用钻头，其特征在于：所述的氮化钛镀层沿周向360度设置在刃部的侧壁上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的种植体用钻头，其特征在于：所述的相邻氮化钛镀层之间的间距不同。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的种植体用钻头，其特征在于：所述的刃部呈麻花状。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的种植体用钻头，其特征在于：所述刃部的前端设有尖端，且所述尖端的角度为钝角。
