一种切西瓜装置，包括底座，在底座上沿圆周均匀间隔设有若干个径向滑槽，在每个径向滑槽内分别设有一弧形挡板，弧形挡板的底部活动卡置于径向滑槽内，在每个弧形挡板外侧的底座上分别设有一螺母座，一丝杠穿设于螺母座的内螺母孔内，丝杠的一端与弧形挡板抵接，在底座上方设有一横杆，横杆的两侧套设于设在底座两侧的立杆上，在横杆的底部设有呈米字型布置的刀片，刀片与径向滑槽交错设置。
本实用新型采用上述结构，使用方便，切西瓜省时省力，不会使切下来的西瓜块肆意散落。

使用时，将西瓜竖放于若干个弧形挡板3围城的空间内，通过西瓜的大小，旋转丝杠5，调节弧形挡板3的位置，使弧形挡板3很好的将西瓜进行限位，然后向下按压横杆6，刀片8将西瓜均匀切割，切割完后西瓜不会肆意倒落在底座1上，通过旋转丝杠5，调节弧形挡板3的位置，将切割下来的一块块西瓜取出。
