技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED灯条，用于LED平板灯中。
背景技术
LED平板灯的底盘上一般固定多根LED灯条，灯条是指把多个LED灯用特殊的加工工艺焊接成一串或者一条的照明灯具。其连接电源发光，且发光时形状如一束光。
现有的LED灯条布局组装结构的缺点是:
1. LED灯条固定在底盘上需用2至4颗螺丝锁紧，灯条与底盘的贴合不够紧密，导致部分灯珠不能良好的散热而加速光衰，缩短了灯珠的使用寿命。
2. 在使用过程中，如果LED灯条损坏，更换灯条时，需松开螺丝，更换后又要锁紧螺丝，操作时非常不方便。
3. 因LED灯条的发光角度小，则需灯条数量多，如果数量少的话会导致整个灯具发光不均匀，有一条一条的亮区和暗区。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种散热性能更好，发光角度更大且易安装的LED灯条。
本实用新型的技术方案是：LED灯条，包括LED灯条本体，LED灯条本体上表面具有均匀间隔分布的灯珠，下表面装有接线端子，其特征在于所述的LED灯条还包括光学散热外盒，所述的LED灯条本体置于光学散热外盒中，所述的光学散热外盒由设置在LED灯条本体上方的透镜、设置在透镜下方的散热器和设置在透镜两侧的端盖组成，所述的透镜为长条形，LED灯条本体铺设在散热器上，接线端子从散热器中伸出，透镜的底部将LED灯条本体压紧，所述的透镜与散热器卡扣连接，端盖盖住透镜和散热器的两端。
进一步的，所述的透镜边缘具有卡扣，所述的散热器的边缘具有与卡扣相对应的凹槽，所述的卡扣卡入所述的凹槽中将透镜与散热器连接。
进一步的，所述的透镜由多个长条形的分透镜依次排列组成，相邻的分透镜的边缘贴合接触，所述的分透镜上具有2~4对卡扣。
进一步的，所述的分透镜的数量为四个。
进一步的，所述的端盖上具有端盖卡扣，端盖通过端盖卡扣与透镜的端部连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、本实用新型的LED灯条，在LED灯条本体的上方设置透镜，透镜采用凸透镜拆射放大的原理，使灯珠增大发光角度，避免在灯条间出现亮区或暗区，使平板灯发光更均匀，减少平板灯中灯条的数量。
2、LED灯条本体置于光学散热盒中，形成模块化的整体，结构厚实且与灯具底盘的安装更方便。
3、透镜的底部将LED灯条本体压紧，透镜与散热器卡扣连接，使LED灯条本体更紧密的与散热器接触，散热性能更好，降低灯珠的工作温度，减少光衰，延长灯珠使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将通过附图1-5和实施例对本实用新型做进一步的描述。
如图所示，LED灯条，包括LED灯条本体1，LED灯条本体1上表面具有均匀间隔分布的灯珠11，下表面装有接线端子12，所述的LED灯条还包括光学散热外盒，所述的LED灯条本体1置于光学散热外盒中，所述的光学散热外盒由设置在LED灯条本体1上方的透镜2、设置在透镜2下方的散热器3和设置在透镜2两侧的端盖4组成，所述的透镜2为长条形，LED灯条本体1铺设在散热器3上，接线端子12从散热器3中伸出，透镜2的底部将LED灯条本体1压紧，所述的透镜2与散热器3卡扣连接，端盖4盖住透镜2和散热器3的两端。
所述的透镜2边缘具有卡扣21，所述的散热器3的边缘具有与卡扣21相对应的凹槽31，所述的卡扣21卡入所述的凹槽31中将透镜2与散热器3连接。所述的透镜2由四个长条形的分透镜22依次排列组成，相邻的分透镜22的边缘贴合接触，所述的分透镜22上具有4对卡扣21。 所述的端盖4上具有端盖卡扣41，端盖4通过端盖卡扣41与透镜2的端部连接，防止端盖脱落。
组装以上所述的LED灯条时，先把LED灯条本本体1铺设在散热器3中，然后将分透镜22依次与散热器3卡扣连接，相邻的分透镜22边缘贴合接触形成透镜2，透镜2的底部压紧LED灯条本体1，使LED灯条本体1更紧密的与散热器3接触，再将端盖卡扣41卡入透镜2的两端，使端盖41盖住透镜安装板2和散热器3的两端，形成如图5所示的LED灯条。如要将以上所述的LED灯条安装在灯具底盘上，只需在灯具底盘上设置夹紧件夹紧LED灯条的外表面即可，无需使用螺丝进行贴合固定。
以上所述的LED灯条，在灯珠11的上方设置长条形的透镜2，透镜2采用凸透镜拆射放大的原理，使灯珠增大发光角度，避免在灯条间出现亮区或暗区，使平板灯发光更均匀，减少平板灯中灯条的数量。LED灯条本体1置于光学散热盒中，形成模块化的整体，结构厚实且与灯具底盘的安装更方便。透镜2的底部将LED灯条本体1压紧，透镜2与散热器3卡扣连接，使LED灯条本体1更紧密的与散热器3接触，散热性能更好，降低灯珠的工作温度，减少光衰，延长灯珠使用寿命。

1.LED灯条，包括LED灯条本体（1），LED灯条本体（1）上表面具有均匀间隔分布的灯珠（11），下表面装有接线端子（12），其特征在于所述的LED灯条还包括光学散热外盒，所述的LED灯条本体（1）置于光学散热外盒中，所述的光学散热外盒由设置在LED灯条本体（1）上方的透镜（2）、设置在透镜（2）下方的散热器（3）和设置在透镜（2）两侧的端盖（4）组成，所述的透镜（2）为长条形，LED灯条本体（1）铺设在散热器（3）上，接线端子（12）从散热器（3）中伸出，透镜（2）的底部将LED灯条本体（1）压紧，所述的透镜（2）与散热器（3）卡扣连接，端盖（4）盖住透镜（2）和散热器（3）的两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯条，其特征在于所述的透镜（2）边缘具有卡扣（21），所述的散热器（3）的边缘具有与卡扣（21）相对应的凹槽（31），所述的卡扣（21）卡入所述的凹槽（31）中将透镜（2）与散热器（3）连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED灯条，其特征在于所述的透镜（2）由多个长条形的分透镜（22）依次排列组成，相邻的分透镜（22）的边缘贴合接触，所述的分透镜（22）上具有2~4对卡扣（21）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯条，其特征在于所述的分透镜（22）的数量为四个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED灯条，其特征在于所述的端盖（4）上具有端盖卡扣（41），端盖（4）通过端盖卡扣（41）与透镜（2）的端部连接。
