裘皮制作中，需要浸酸软化工序，完成后的浸酸软化水里含有很多油脂，现有技术通常是直接排入污水池进行处理，不够环保。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种可以有效回收油脂的气浮去油装置，该装置比较环保，而且操作方便。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是，提供一种气浮去油装置，包括气浮池，还包括刮油板和收集槽，气浮池内设有盘管，盘管上开设多个通孔，盘管通过气管外接供汽***，刮油板设于气浮池液面上，刮油板由电机驱动，气浮池一侧设有与刮油板配合的溢流孔，收集槽设于气浮池外部，溢流孔与收集槽之间通过倾斜向下的排放管连接。
采用以上结构后与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：利用盘管上的气孔来搅动气浮池里的浸酸软化水，使油脂上浮聚集在液面上，然后通过刮油板将其推到溢流孔，进入收集槽进行收集，简单实用，操作方便。
作为优选，所述收集槽下方设有向下延伸的出料嘴。方便油脂装袋。
