现在市场上的采棉机、拖拉机以至工程机械都会在散热器的进风部位加一个除杂网，现有除杂网均采用***式或固定式，每次清理都得人为的下车，把除杂网***，然后清理干净，再插回去，比较麻烦，费时费力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题就是提供一种新型的除杂旋转网，解决现有除杂网清理时存在的费时费力的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种新型的除杂旋转网，包括旋转套和套设在旋转套上的圆盘，旋转套的圆心和圆盘的圆心重合，圆盘上设置有不锈钢网，圆盘的圆周侧壁上套设有档边，档边在圆盘上形成固定皮带的固定槽和固定密封件的密封槽。
优选的，圆盘包括骨架面板和若干根连杆，连杆的一端固定连接在旋转套上，连杆的另一端固定连接在骨架面板上，相邻两根连杆之间的骨架面板上均设置有不锈钢网，能实现所有的进风空间通过不锈钢网阻挡，结构简单，安装拆卸方便。
优选的，连杆为八根，八根连杆均匀的分布在旋转套上，结构稳定，连接可靠，使用效果好。
优选的，固定槽的深度等于密封槽的深度，稳定性能好。
优选的，密封件为毛刷，密封效果好，安装方便。
优选的，旋转套内安装有轴承，能带动旋转带在转上转动。

如图1、图2、图3所示，一种新型的除杂旋转网，包括旋转套1和套设在旋转套1上的圆盘2，旋转套1的圆心和圆盘2的圆心重合，圆盘2上设置有不锈钢网23，圆盘2的圆周侧壁上套设有档边3，档边3在圆盘2上形成固定皮带的固定槽4和固定密封件的密封槽5，圆盘2包括骨架面板21和若干根连杆22，连杆22的一端固定连接在旋转套1上，连杆22的另一端固定连接在骨架面板21上，相邻两根连杆22之间的骨架面板上均设置有不锈钢网23，连杆为钢管，能实现所有的进风空间通过不锈钢网阻挡，结构简单，安装拆卸方便，连杆22为八根，八根连杆22均匀的分布在旋转套1上，结构稳定，连接可靠，使用效果好。
固定槽4的深度等于密封槽5的深度，稳定性能好，密封件为毛刷，密封效果好，安装方便，旋转套1内安装有轴承7，能带动旋转带在转上转动。
使用时，将旋转套1安装在轴上，将皮带固定在固定槽内4内，将毛刷固定在密封槽5内，通过皮带带动圆盘2在轴上转动，通过不锈钢网23实现了对所有进风空间的阻挡，通过圆盘2的转动，来实现对杂质的去除。
