一种管道密封组件,包括管道和螺纹连接管道的连接件,其中管道端部外壁设有外螺纹,连接件为管状,其端口内壁设有内螺纹,管道端口管壁设有延伸部;延伸部管壁端部设有环形内斜面;连接件内设有与连接件一体的挡环,该挡环靠近中心处的环壁设有与延伸部配合的环形台肩,该环形台肩内设有密封圈;密封圈包括弹性密封圈或金属密封圈。本实用新型将管道螺纹连接中承载面与密封面分离单独作用,避免在动荷载和大负荷情况下承载面断裂进而导致密封面失效,同时环形内斜面和环形抬肩间形成楔形密封空腔,利用密封材料的内表面在密封空腔内形成的径向力作用,增大密封面的压力,从而实现密封的自补偿,本实用新型减少更换频率,增加工作效率,减少损失。

本实用新型涉及一种管道密封组件。
背景技术
现有管道连接常规方式为螺纹连接,该螺纹连接的密封面是螺纹之间的咬合或在螺纹间隙里填充有限的密封材料,该方式不能适应多种工况条件的要求,并且承载和密封面是同一个面不能承受动荷载,当承受动荷载时会破坏密封材料,从而密封失效;大荷载的管道螺纹连接,如钻探用的钻杆连接,基本没有密封,当向钻杆内输入介质时由于泄露压力及介质损失十分严重,大大降低了工作效率这方面的技术只掌握在美、德、日国家手中,我国目前还是空白。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的缺陷提供一种管道密封组件,其目的为解决常规将管道螺纹连接的承载面与密封面分离,单独作用,从而避免动荷载和大负荷情况下承载面断裂进而导致密封面失效。
本实用新型为实现以上目的,采用如下方案:一种管道密封组件,包括管道和螺纹连接管道的连接件,其中管道端部外壁设有外螺纹,连接件为管状,其端口内壁设有内螺纹,管道端口管壁设有延伸部;连接件内设有与连接件一体的挡环,该挡环靠近中心处的环壁设有与延伸部配合的环形台肩,该环形台肩内设有密封圈。
优选的,延伸部管壁端部设有环形内斜面。
优选的,密封圈包括弹性密封圈或金属密封圈。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型将管道螺纹连接中承载面与密封面分离,单独作用,从而避免动荷载和大负荷情况下承载面断裂进而导致密封面失效,同时环形内斜面和环形抬肩之间形成楔形密封空腔,利用密封材料的内表面在密封空腔内形成的径向力作用,增大密封面的压力,从而实现密封的自补偿,本实用新型减少更换频率,增加工作效率,减少损失。

具体实施方式
如图中所示的一种管道密封组件,包括管道1和螺纹连接管道1的连接件2,其中管道1端部外壁设有外螺纹,连接件2为管状,其端口内壁设有内螺纹,管道端口的管壁设有延伸部3;连接件2内设有与连接件2一体的挡环4,该挡环4靠近中心处的环壁设有与延伸部3配合的环形台肩5,该环形台肩5内设有密封圈6;延伸部3管壁端部设有环形内斜面7;密封圈6包括弹性密封圈或金属密封圈。
实施例,将密封圈6预置环形台肩5内,将管道1与连接件2螺纹连接,在将管道1旋紧过程中,延伸部3挤压密封圈6于挡环4上,完成组装;在大负荷情况下,通过外螺纹和内螺纹形成的螺纹连接关系作为承载面,以延伸部3、密封圈和挡环4形成的密闭结构为密封面,承载面和密封面单独作用,从而避免动荷载和大负荷情况下承载面断裂进而导致密封面失效,同时环形内斜面7和环形抬肩5之间形成楔形密封空腔,利用密封材料的内表面在密封空腔内形成的径向力作用,增大密封面的压力,从而实现密封的自补偿,本实用新型减少更换频率,增加工作效率,减少损失。

1.一种管道密封组件,包括管道(1)和螺纹连接管道(1)的连接件(2),其中管道(1)端部外壁设有外螺纹,连接件(2)为管状,其端口内壁设有内螺纹,其特征在于,管道端口的管壁设有延伸部(3);连接件(2)内设有与连接件(2)一体的挡环(4),该挡环(4)靠近中心处的环壁设有与延伸部(3)配合的环形台肩(5),该环形台肩(5)内设有密封圈(6)。
