本实用新型公开了一种同步带,它包括同步带本体和设置于同步带本体一端的齿层,同步带本体上设有氯丁橡胶外层,同步带本体和齿层之间设有玻璃纤维层,同步带本体另一端设有加强保护层,齿层上的齿为凹形齿,凹形齿深度与同步带轮的凸部相适配,齿层位于氯丁橡胶外层的内侧面,加强保护层覆盖在同步带本体的外表面上,齿层上的齿为凹形齿,凹形齿深度与同步带轮的凸部相适配,有效消除了同步带在使用过程中与带轮啮合不良出现的掉屑和噪音现象,使皮带带侧光滑,减少与带轮的磨擦,更加安全环保,且有效延长了机器的使用寿命。所述齿层上的齿为凹形齿,所述凹形齿深度与同步带轮的凸部相适配,防止齿轮和橡胶同步带脱离。

同步带传动是由一根内周表面设有等间距齿形的环行带及具有相应吻合的轮所组成。它综合了带传动、链传动和齿轮传动各自的优点,转动时,通过带齿与轮的齿槽相啮合来传递动力。传输龙同步带传动具有准确的传动比,无滑差,可获得恒定的速比,传动平稳,能吸振,噪音小,传动比范围大,其传输产品广泛用于纺织、机床、烟草、通讯电缆、轻工、化工、冶金、仪表仪器、食品、矿山、石油、汽车等各行业各种类型的机械传动中。但是当前常用的同步带在与齿轮配合使用时,会带轮啮合不良出现的掉屑和噪音现象,还因转速过快,可能会造成齿轮与同步带脱离而无法正常工作。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种与带轮能够啮合的同步带。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种同步带,它包括同步带本体和设置于同步带本体一端的齿层,所述同步带本体上设有氯丁橡胶外层,所述同步带本体和齿层之间设有玻璃纤维层,所述同步带本体另一端设有加强保护层,所述齿层上的齿为凹形齿,所述凹形齿深度与同步带轮的凸部相适配,所述齿层位于氯丁橡胶外层的内侧面,所述加强保护层覆盖在同步带本体的外表面上。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述同步带本体两端都设有凹形齿。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述加强保护层为高耐磨尼龙弹力布层。
