Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种改进的日光灯启辉器,适用于普通日光灯。它是由普通日光灯启辉器氖泡串上一个并有电阻的二极管构成的。它对灯丝启动电流进行半波整流,增加了启动电流,减少了日光灯在电源电压偏低和气温较低时的启动次数,延长了灯管寿命,提高了启动的可靠性。

本实用新型涉及一种改进的日光灯启辉器。适用于普通日光灯。
近年,照明灯具市场上已开始出现各种电子镇流器。但由于种种原因,今后几年中使用最普遍的仍将是普通镇流器。现有的普通日光灯启辉器主要由含两个触片的氖泡构成。在电源电压偏低或当气温较低时,不能很好地启动日光灯,往往需启动多次,这不能不影响到日光灯管的寿命。
本实用新型的任务是要提供一种改进的日光灯起辉器,在电源电压偏低和气温较低时,能改善日光灯的启动性能。
本实用新型是这样实现的:在原启动器氖泡电路内串联一半导体二极管,该二极管的两端并一阻值为数千欧的电阻。日光灯电源刚接通时,通过氖泡的电流很小,二极管呈现的阻抗很大,电流主要流经电阻。氖泡的两触片受热接触后,点燃日光灯灯丝的电流在半周内主要是经过二极管,在另一半周内,二极管截止,电流流经电阻,二极管导通时的阻抗远小于并联其上的电阻,所以半周的电流远大于另一半周的电流,即流经日光灯灯丝的电流基本上是直流脉动电流。日光灯镇流器对该电流的阻抗变小,所以启动电流增大,从而提高了启动性能。
本实用新型仅增加了一只二极管和一只电阻即提高了日光灯的启动性能,使日光灯在电压较低,温度较低时也能工作。减少了启动次数,而日光灯的使用寿命是与启动次数呈负相关的,因而延长了其使用寿命。
以下将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
参照附图,二极管D与电阻R相并联,再与氖泡N相串联。C是防干扰电容。R也可以电容器代替,但会增加成本。R阻值为数千欧(适用于8——40W日光灯),D的规格大于1A,500V即可。
