Abstract

一种具有三维动态效果的电子蜡烛装饰品,包括光源及位于光源外周的外罩,所述的外罩包括一透明材料制的罩体,在罩体内壁设置有不透光的内反光层,在内反光层上镂空有花纹或图案,在罩体外壁设置有外折射层,该外折射层透光率小于罩体透光率,在光源与内反射层之间间隔有光线折射层。本实用新型通过在罩体上设置内反光层及外折射层,在内部光源的照射下,使设置于内反光层上的花纹或图案在罩体内呈现三维图案,并且随着光源的闪烁、亮度强弱变化,可呈现动态效果,增加了装饰效果,可作为电子蜡烛灯、工艺品、节日用品、灯罩、水球工艺品等装饰品。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及蜡烛灯的改进技术。
背景技术
现有的电子蜡烛灯一般采用蜡烛外形加上火焰形状的LED灯结构组成,装饰效果有限。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种表面可产生立体效果的具有三维动态效果的电子蜡烛装饰品。
对于上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下方式实现:
一种具有三维动态效果的电子蜡烛装饰品,包括光源及位于光源外周的外罩,所述的外罩包括一透明材料制的罩体,在罩体内壁设置有不透光的内反光层,在内反光层上镂空有花纹或图案,在罩体外壁设置有外折射层,该外折射层透光率小于罩体透光率。
并且,在光源与内反射层之间间隔有光线折射层。
并且,所述的光线折射层为涂抹于内反光层上的蜡烛层或透光涂层。
并且,所述的光源为LED灯或蜡烛灯。
并且,所述的外罩具有至少一个开口,光源通过该开口安装于罩体内。
并且,所述的外罩至少具有一个透光面,内反光层、花纹以及外折射层设置于该透光面上。
本实用新型通过在罩体上设置内反光层及外折射层,在内部光源的照射下,使设置于内反光层上的花纹或图案在罩体内呈现三维图案,并且随着光源的闪烁、亮度强弱变化,可呈现动态效果,增加了装饰效果,可作为电子蜡烛灯、工艺品、节日用品、水球工艺品等装饰品。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面将结合具体实施例及附图对本实用新型结构原理作进一步详细描叙:
实施例一:
具体如附图1、2所示。本实施例揭示的具有三维动态效果的电子蜡烛装饰品为具有三维动态效果的电子蜡烛灯,该电子蜡烛灯包括LED光源1及罩于光源1外的外罩2。该外罩2为两端开口的筒状,LED光源1安装于一端,并通过安装于外罩2内的电池21供电。
本实施例设计的外罩2包括透明材料制的罩体21(如玻璃或透光塑料等),在罩体21内壁设置有不透光的内反光层22,在内反光层22上镂空有花纹23,在罩体21外壁设置有外折射层24,该外折射层24透光率小于罩体21透光率,光线从罩体21向外折射层24照射时,部分光线被反射回罩体21内,部分光线经过外折射层24射出。并且,在光源1与内反射层22之间间隔有光线折射层3。LED光源1为点光源,发出的光线经过该光源折射层3之后分散发射,使照射于内反光层22上的面积更广。
本实施例中,光源1发出的光线经过光线折射层3的折射后通过内反光层22的花纹23,使花纹23形状光斑照射于外折射层24上,光斑通过外折射层24折射及外折射层24与内反光层22的多次反射形成花纹的3D效果。并且,当将LED光源1设置为闪烁时,光斑则呈现动态效果。
本实施例的光线折射层3为涂抹于内反光层22上的蜡烛层。为了便于LED光源1的安装,LED光源1及电池21从罩体21底部装入罩体21中,使LED光源1在罩体21内中部发光。
对于内反射层22、外折射层24及花纹23,可采用激光镭射方式实现,因为现有技术,在此不作赘述。
此外,本实施中的LED光源1也可直接采用蜡烛燃烧的火焰(蜡烛灯)作为光源,光线折射层也可以采用透光涂层,也具有同样的效果。
实施例二:
如附图3所示。本实施例与实施例一不同之处为采用了球形外罩2,在外罩2底部设置有安装LED光源1的开口。该球形外罩的结构与实施例一中结构一致。
本实施例中其他部分结构及工作原理与实施例一均一致,在此不作赘述。
应用时,本实用新型可作为电子蜡烛灯、工艺品、节日用品、水球工艺品等装饰品,应用范围广。
除上述中方案之外,对于外罩的结构也可采用四方体结构,而仅仅在其中一个或多个面设置为透光面(如玻璃面等),为了达到三维动态效果,同样在透光面上设置内反光层、花纹以及外折射层。该方案结构其他部分结构及原理可与实施例一中方案一致,在此不作赘述。
以上为采用本实用新型较佳的实现方案,需要说明的是,在不背离本申请技术精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形,如光源类型可为其他类型的点光源、面光源或条状光源均可,对于花纹也可替换为图案,但这些改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有三维动态效果的电子蜡烛装饰品,包括光源(1)及位于光源外周的外罩(2),其特征在于,所述的外罩包括一透明材料制的罩体(21),在罩体内壁设置有不透光的内反光层(22),在内反光层上镂空有花纹或图案(23),在罩体外壁设置有外折射层(24),该外折射层透光率小于罩体透光率。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有三维动态效果的电子蜡烛装饰品,其特征在于,在光源与内反射层之间间隔有光线折射层(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有三维动态效果的电子蜡烛装饰品,其特征在于,所述的光线折射层为涂抹于内反光层上的蜡烛层或透光涂层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有三维动态效果的电子蜡烛装饰品,其特征在于,所述的光源为LED灯或蜡烛灯。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有三维动态效果的电子蜡烛装饰品,其特征在于,所述的外罩具有至少一个开口(11),光源通过该开口安装于罩体内。
6.根据权利要求4所述的具有三维动态效果的电子蜡烛装饰品,其特征在于,所述的外罩至少具有一个透光面,内反光层、花纹以及外折射层设置于该透光面上。
