耐火材料生产工艺中，往往需要将各种原料进行混合并均匀搅拌。现有的混料机大都是通过传送带将原料送至混料机并通过搅拌桨搅拌，这种混料机工作效率低下且搅拌不够均匀，由于耐火材料粉末成分越均匀，耐火型材的质量越高，传统的混料机已不能满足高质量耐火型材的要求。

为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种自动混料机，通过螺旋进料管，将各个料仓的原料传送至混料机搅拌，其结构简单，操作方便。
本实用新型提供的自动混料机，它包括料仓、螺旋给料管、电动机、混料机、料仓出料口、混料机进料口，所述料仓有若干个，每个料仓出料口都通过螺旋给料管与混料机进料口连接，所述电动机与螺旋给料管连接；它还包括控制***，所述料仓连接有称重传感器，所述混料机采用滚筒式混料机。

料仓1通过称重传感器进行计量,给料达到电脑设定值时自动关闭,每个料仓1放入各种所需要的料,通过电脑定量,由螺旋给料管2传送经由混料机进料口6进入混料机4，再由混料机4混匀后由出料口进入包装袋。

1.一种自动混料机，其特征在于：它包括控制***、称重传感器、料仓、螺旋给料管、电动机、混料机、料仓出料口、混料机进料口，所述料仓有若干个，料仓连接称重传感器，每个料仓出料口都通过螺旋给料管与混料机进料口连接，所述电动机与螺旋给料管连接。
