背景技术
退热贴最早是从日本流传到国内的概念,它属于物理降温用品,被广泛运用于小儿发烧、消夏及高温作业等情况。退热贴基本构造由背衬层、凝胶层、防粘层三部分组成,凝胶层为其主体部分,是根据透皮吸收原理,配合解热镇痛成份制成的高分子凝胶贴剂,对感冒或其它原因引起的人体发烧具有物理降温和天然药物治疗双重功效,可降低大脑局部温度,保护大脑细胞不受损害,缓解感冒症状。
退热贴的背衬层一般使用无纺布,是新一代环保材料,具有透气防水,可回收利用的优点。但是普通包装的退热贴一般为三层结构,每个凝胶层都粘附于一个背衬层,当凝胶层失效后,背衬层也随之扔掉,不能被重复利用。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种环保退热贴,将背衬层和凝胶层分开包装,可以实现背衬层的重复利用。
为实现以上目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种环保退热贴,包括两根绑带、背衬层、凝胶层和密封袋,所述绑带的其中一端固定于背衬层横向两端的同侧,另一端为自由端,所述凝胶层置于密封袋中。
优选地,所述背衬层为拒水透气性无纺布。
优选地,所述背衬层四角为圆弧形。
优选地,所述背衬层四周均大于所述凝胶层。
优选地,所述凝胶层为水溶性凝胶,包括聚丙烯酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、甘油、乙醇、水、冰片、薄荷油、色素。
优选地,所述凝胶层含膏量应不低于1000g/m2
优选地,所述凝胶层水分含量应为55-60%。
优选地,所述凝胶层的pH值在3.5-8.0之间。
优选地,所述凝胶层黏附力应为0.3-0.6kg/cm2
优选地,所述密封袋是防粘聚乙烯密封袋。
本实用新型的有益效果:背衬层与凝胶层相分离,使用时将背衬层和凝胶层组装,使用期间只需更换新的凝胶层,从而实现对背衬层的重复利用,避免浪费。背衬层上的绑带系在头上,起加固作用,防止退热贴脱落。

附图3为本实用新型的一个具体实施例,将凝胶层3从密封袋4中取出,利用水凝胶3表面的粘性将其贴覆于背衬层2上绑带1固定端面的异侧,退热贴组装好后,将水凝胶3另一侧贴敷在额头上,绑带1环头而系,防止脱落。此退热贴可以达到物理降温的目的,水凝胶3的有效时间可达12小时以上,在使用期间,可以调节绑带使退热贴不会出现滑落现象。

2.如权利要求1所述环保退热贴,其特征在于,所述背衬层(2)为拒水透气性无纺布。
3.如权利要求1所述环保退热贴,其特征在于,所述背衬层(2)四角为圆弧形。
4.如权利要求1所述环保退热贴,其特征在于,所述背衬层(2)四周均大于所述凝胶层。
5.如权利要求1所述环保退热贴,其特征在于,所述凝胶层(3)为水溶性凝胶。
6.如权利要求1所述环保退热贴,其特征在于,所述凝胶层(3)含膏量应不低于1000g/m2
7.如权利要求1所述环保退热贴,其特征在于,所述凝胶层(3)水分含量应为55-60%。
8.如权利要求1所述环保退热贴,其特征在于,所述凝胶层(3)的pH值在3.5-8.0之间。
