本实用新型涉及气体中杂质的分离结构，主要是一种气固分离装置。
背景技术
一般使用的对气体中固体颗粒的分离技术是利用水过滤，气体经过水过滤，而气体中的固体颗粒则残留在水内，而此水污染严重，长期的利用水过滤，浪费水严重，实用性差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种气固分离装置，其结构简单，制作加工方便，但实用性能好，能快速充分的分离气体所含的固体杂质。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种气固分离装置，包括有分离塔，其特征在于：所述的分离塔内设有上、下多层平行的塔板，塔板的表面上设有碳吸附层，所述上、下相邻的塔板之间错位排布，且上、下塔板的端部位置正相对，所述分离塔的底部上设有进气口，分离塔的上部设有出气口。
本实用新型中上、下相邻的塔板在分离塔内错位排布，且上、下塔板的端部正相对，从而形成上、下塔板呈S型结构，当含有固体颗粒的气体从分离塔底部进入到分离塔内时，由于气体的阻力小，其很容易转弯绕过塔板上升，而气体中附带的固体颗粒接触到塔板附着在塔板上，从而达到分离固体颗粒的目的。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型结构简单，制作加工方便，但实用性能好，能快速充分的分离气体所含的固体杂质。
