Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种防爆电缆密封接头，包括外接头、中间接头，外接头内设置防爆胶泥，在外接头与防爆胶泥之间设置衬套；在中间接头内侧、衬套的后方设置铠装环，铠装环内侧设置铠装锥；在中间接头后设置螺母，螺母内设置密封套和位于密封套内侧的密封圈。本实用新型结构合理，采用可拆分的胶泥衬套、铠装锥和铠装环，将胶泥衬套安装在外接头内，当需要维护和更换时，可将胶泥衬套连同电缆从外接头内抽出即可。

本实用新型涉及一种防爆电缆密封接头。
背景技术
目前，防爆电缆密封接头一般将胶泥直接填充于外接头内，同时外接头上设计铠装锥，虽然可以使用于铠装电缆的安装，但由于防爆胶泥一般采用A、B双组份按比例混合而成，混合30分钟后胶泥固化，外接头采用螺纹拧紧于设备上，电缆被胶泥固化在外接头内，外接头无法旋开，电缆也将无法从设备中抽出，不便于维护和更换。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，使用方便的防爆电缆密封接头。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种防爆电缆密封接头，包括外接头、中间接头，外接头内设置防爆胶泥，其特征是：在外接头与防爆胶泥之间设置衬套；在中间接头内侧、衬套的后方设置铠装环，铠装环内侧设置铠装锥；在中间接头后设置螺母，螺母内设置密封套和位于密封套内侧的密封圈。
本实用新型结构合理，采用可拆分的胶泥衬套、铠装锥和铠装环，将胶泥衬套安装在外接头内，当需要维护和更换时，可将胶泥衬套连同电缆从外接头内抽出即可。

一种防爆电缆密封接头，包括外接头1、中间接头2，外接头内设置防爆胶泥4，在外接头与防爆胶泥之间设置衬套3；在中间接头内侧、衬套的后方设置铠装环5，铠装环内侧设置铠装锥6。在中间接头后设置螺母7，螺母内设置密封套8和位于密封套内侧的密封圈9。
