背景技术
传统，卡盘往往被作为在机械加工中固定工件的工装设备，是高精度的工装设备，其包括盘体、盘丝、后盖。其中，卡盘大都通过水平方向夹紧的方式将工件固定。卡盘在使用过程中，会因为夹紧力不够导致工件掉落，使得加工操作失败。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种卡盘，能更强地夹紧工件。为此，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种卡盘，所述卡盘包括盘体、盘丝，所述盘体内具有中心孔，所述盘丝轴向定位，其特征在于，所述盘丝的内孔具有内螺纹；所述卡盘还包括弹性夹头，所述弹性夹头穿过中心孔，所述弹性夹头后部具有与所述内螺纹相适配的外螺纹，所述弹性夹头用于夹持工件。
在采用上述技术方案的基础上，本实用新型还可采用以下进一步的技术方案：
所述卡盘还包括后盖，所述后盖与盘体轴向定位盘丝。
所述盘丝与盘体之间设有轴承。
所述轴承为盘丝前部与盘体之间的一圈钢珠。
所述弹性夹头前部为弹性抓手。
所述弹性夹头的抓手外侧与盘体中心孔之间设有配合的锥面，以调节弹性夹头开口大小。
所述弹性夹头前端有割缝而形成所述弹性抓手，所述弹性夹头和盘丝通过所述弹性夹头和盘丝螺纹连接以及与盘体中心孔、以及与盘体内壁或轴承的配合形成中心定位。
由于采用本实用新型的技术方案，本实用新型能够在夹紧工件的同时能对工件产生向后的拉力，通过多方向上施力固定工件，其牢固度远大于传统的固定方式。

参照附图。本实用新型所提供的一种卡盘，所述卡盘包括盘体1、盘丝2、后盖6，所述盘体内具有中心孔110，所述后盖与盘体轴向定位盘丝。所述盘丝2的内孔具有内螺纹21，所述卡盘还包括弹性夹头3，所述弹性夹头3前部为弹性抓手33。
所述弹性夹头穿过中心孔110，所述弹性夹头3后部具有与所述内螺纹相适配的外螺纹30，所述盘丝2与所述弹性夹头3螺纹连接。
所述盘丝2与盘体1之间设有轴承。所述轴承为盘丝前部与盘体之间的一圈钢珠4。
所述弹性夹头3的抓手外侧与盘体中心孔之间设有配合的锥面31、111，以调节弹性夹头开口，夹紧工件。所述弹性夹头3前端有割缝32而形成所述抓手33，所述弹性夹头3和盘丝2通过所述弹性夹头3和盘丝2螺纹连接以及与盘体中心孔110、以及与盘体内壁或轴承的配合形成中心定位。
附图标号5为与盘丝2配合的伞形齿轮，7为伞形齿轮的限位螺丝。通过伞形齿轮5驱动盘丝2转动，使盘丝2带动弹性夹头3运动而卡紧工件或松开工件的同时后拉或向前。
