Abstract

背景技术：
一般的附属设备安装为牢固固定在输电铁塔上，附属设备多采用螺栓、卡槽等固定方式。然而这些固定方式安装较为不便，且有螺栓掉落、卡槽松动、拆除麻烦等问题。
一般的附属设备安装需要对铁塔角钢进行钻孔等预加工，这样对铁塔造成了一定的破坏，同时需要动力电源等，增加了施工难度和条件。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种可以克服上述缺陷，安装，使用方便的利用强力磁铁的输电铁塔附属设备安装装置。
本实用新型所提供的利用强力磁铁的输电铁塔附属设备安装装置，包括附属设备，附属设备的一面设置有多个卡槽，卡槽内均固定有强力磁铁，附属设备通过强力磁铁吸附在角钢塔上。
所述的卡槽嵌入附属设备中，强力磁铁固定入卡槽后与附属设备面平齐。
所述的卡槽为圆形结构其周围分布有棘齿，棘齿的末端通过单向铰链固定在卡槽的内壁上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
使用方便，安装简单，固定效果好的同时，无需破坏设备或者角钢塔。而且安装时不需要其它设备辅助，不仅安装方便，更方便维修，保养。

具体实施方式
本实用新型所提供的利用强力磁铁的输电铁塔附属设备安装装置，包括附属设备1，附属设备1的一面设置有多个卡槽，卡槽内均固定有强力磁铁2。
卡槽嵌入附属设备1中，强力磁铁2固定入卡槽后与附属设备面平齐。
卡槽为圆形结构其周围分布有棘齿，棘齿的末端通过单向铰链固定在卡槽的内壁上。
使用时，将强力磁铁2置入卡槽中，棘齿的单向性可以有效防止强力磁铁从卡槽中脱落，将附属设备1吸附在需要固定设备的角钢塔3处即可。
其中卡槽也可为长条状结构，强力磁铁2为圆形纽扣状结构并***卡槽中。这两种结构相互配合，使得强力磁铁可以很方便置入卡槽中，卡槽的具有两条包边，可以有效固定卡槽。

1.一种利用强力磁铁的输电铁塔附属设备安装装置，包括附属设备，其特征是，附属设备的一面设置有多个卡槽，卡槽内均固定有强力磁铁，附属设备通过强力磁铁吸附在角钢塔上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用强力磁铁的输电铁塔附属设备安装装置，其特征是，所述的卡槽嵌入附属设备中，强力磁铁固定入卡槽后与附属设备面平齐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用强力磁铁的输电铁塔附属设备安装装置，其特征是，所述的卡槽为圆形结构其周围分布有棘齿，棘齿的末端通过单向铰链固定在卡槽的内壁上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的利用强力磁铁的输电铁塔附属设备安装装置，其特征是，所述的卡槽为长条状结构，强力磁铁为圆形纽扣状结构并***卡槽中。
