the sharp instrument box frame comprises a base with a positioning structure and a stepping motor fixed on the outer edge of the base, wherein a driving shaft of the stepping motor is vertically arranged and is connected with the lower end of a supporting rod with a lifting function through a shaft sleeve, and the upper end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with a connecting part of a cover plate;
the sharp instrument box comprises a sharp instrument box body with an opening at the upper end and a box cover with a closed lock catch, when the sharp instrument box is used, the sharp instrument box cover is opened, the sharp instrument box body is placed on the base and is stably matched through the positioning structure of the base, and the lifting height of the supporting rod is adjusted, so that the lower surface of the cover plate is tightly attached to the upper end face of the sharp instrument box body;
the infrared inductor is fixed at the upper surface of apron, and infrared inductor's probe sets up, infrared inductor's output is connected with step motor driver's input, step motor driver's output is connected with step motor's control end.

The split infrared induction sharp device box device according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate is circular and is composed of a first semicircular cover plate and a second semicircular cover plate which are arranged in the same plane, the support rods comprise a first support rod and a second support rod which have lifting functions, the drive shaft of the stepping motor is connected with the lower end of the first support rod which has lifting functions through a shaft sleeve, the upper end of the first support rod is fixedly connected with the first connecting part of the first semicircular cover plate, the first support rod is further sleeved with a first gear which is fixed on the lower surface of the first connecting part of the first semicircular cover plate, the second support rod is fixed on the outer edge of the base, the upper end of the second support rod is connected with one end of a rotating shaft, and the other end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the second connecting part of the second semicircular cover plate, the rotating shaft is sleeved with a second gear, and the second gear is fixed on the lower surface of the second connecting part of the second semicircular cover plate and is meshed with the first gear; the lifting height of the first supporting rod and the lifting height of the second supporting rod are adjusted to enable the first semicircular cover plate and the second semicircular cover plate to be mutually abutted when being closed, the lower surface of the cover plate is tightly attached to the upper end face of the box body of the sharp instrument box, and the infrared inductor is fixed on the upper surface of the first semicircular cover plate.

The split infrared induction sharp device box device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the base is circular, the positioning structure is a plurality of concentric ring grooves which are arranged at equal intervals, and the bottom of the sharp device box body is provided with an annular bulge matched with one of the concentric ring grooves.
