如图1至图4所示，本实用新型公开了一种保护板与塑胶件锁紧结构，所述塑胶件1上设有定位柱2，定位柱2远离塑胶件1的一端设有接入头3，接入头3的直径小于定位柱2的直径，接入头3与定位柱2形成阶梯状，接入头3中间设有螺孔21，保护板4上设有定位孔5，定位孔5可套入接入头3，螺丝6锁进螺孔21内，螺丝6的螺帽将保护板4锁紧。
装配时，先将保护板4上的定位孔5对准接入头3，直接将保护板4套在接入头3上，此时操作工的手安全可以放开保护板4，保护板4也不会掉下来，然后操作工可以从容的将螺丝6拧进螺孔21内，螺丝6锁紧时，螺丝6的螺帽压紧保护板4，保护板的装配完成。
拆卸式，先将螺丝6一个一个拧松，然后将保护板4取下。
