汽车空调连接管接头用于空调***管路连接，防止制冷剂外漏，汽车空调连接管接头不同于一般建筑用管接头，由于汽车的开停、加减速或震动对管接头产生较大负荷，因此，必须建立牢固的连接和严格的密封。

为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种汽车空调连接管接头，包括阳接头和阴接头，所述阳接头一侧连接铝管，另一侧设置长导向圈，中上部设有螺栓孔，阴接头包括连接座，连接座设置带导向孔的阴引入口，连接座中上部设置螺栓，螺栓穿过螺栓孔并由带垫圈的螺母固定，阳接头和阴接头之间设置橡胶垫片，阴引入口内设有O型密封圈。
本实用新型的汽车空调连接管接头密封性好，连接牢固，适合汽车空调使用。

如图1所示，本实用新型的汽车空调连接管接头，包括阳接头1和阴接头2，阳接头1一侧连接铝管3，另一侧设置长导向圈4，中上部设有螺栓孔5，阴接头2包括连接座，连接座设置带导向孔的阴引入口6，连接座中上部设置螺栓7，螺栓7穿过螺栓孔5并由带垫圈的螺母8固定，阳接头1和阴接头2之间设置橡胶垫片9，阴引入口6内设有O型密封圈10。
使用时，由于有橡胶垫片9和O型密封圈10的双重密封，该管接头密封性好，且通过阴阳配合设计，连接牢固度高。

1.一种汽车空调连接管接头，包括阳接头（1）和阴接头（2），其特征在于：所述阳接头（1）一侧连接铝管（3），另一侧设置长导向圈（4），中上部设有螺栓孔（5），阴接头（2）包括连接座，连接座设置带导向孔的阴引入口（6），连接座中上部设置螺栓（7），螺栓（7）穿过螺栓孔（5）并由带垫圈的螺母（8）固定，阳接头（1）和阴接头（2）之间设置橡胶垫片（9），阴引入口（6）内设有O型密封圈（10）。
