本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种弹性体防返水地漏芯，包括引水管和具有自动闭合功能的弹性体地漏芯体，所述引水管上端有外檐，所述弹性体包裹在引水管外壁上且和引水管相互固定，所述引水管下端管口处弹性体壁厚在1.2毫米以上。

图3和图4是本实用新型的另一个实施例，把2片侧边相连且相贴的弹性体(弹性体防臭地漏芯的下半部)的一头分开成筒状套在引水管下端并确保连接牢固。
