背景技术
塑料管是一种常见的管件，广泛应用于日常生活和工业生产中。因其材质轻、阻燃及耐酸碱性好，且加工简单，耐用的特点，目前已逐渐取代金属管道。在管材的加工成型过程中，管材被挤压成型后需要及时且均匀的冷却，这样才能保证管材同一径面的收缩率一致，才能有效提高管材的质量。目前一般是采用冷却水对管材进行冷却，现有的管材的冷却装置。冷却水循环使用率低，造成资源浪费严重，增加企业的生产成本。因此，应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：针对上述不足，提供一种结构合理，节约资源，使用效果好的管材冷却装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种管材冷却装置，包括冷却水箱，所述冷却水箱的前侧设有管材进口，冷却水箱的后侧设有管材出口，所述冷却水箱的前部设有进水口，冷却水箱的后部设有出水口，所述出水口上连接有水管，水管的另一端与进水口连接，所述水管上安装有水降温设备。
进一步的技术方案：
所述水管上还设有循环泵。
所述冷却水箱的外部设有外罩。
所述管材进口和管材出口处设有内隔套。
由于上述技术方案的应用，本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
本实用新型的管材冷却装置，冷却水通过冷却处理后，可以循环使用，有利于节约资源，降低企业的生产成本，提高企业的经济效益。

本实用新型一种管材冷却装置，包括冷却水箱1，冷却水箱1的前侧设有管材进口2，冷却水箱1的后侧设有管材出口3，冷却水箱1的前部设有进水口4，冷却水箱1的后部设有出水口5，出水口5上连接有水管6，水管6的另一端与进水口4连接，水管6上安装有水降温设备9。
优选的，作为一可实施例，所述水管6上还设有循环泵10。
优选的，作为另一可实施例，冷却水箱1的外部设有外罩7。
优选的，作为一可实施方式，管材进口2和管材出口3处设有内隔套8。
本实用新型的管材冷却装置，在使用时，水从进水口4进入到冷却水箱1内部，对管材进行冷却后从出水口5进入到水管6内部，经过水降温设备9对其进行降温处理后，经过循环泵10进入进水口4重复循环使用，有利于降低水源消耗，提高企业的经济效益。
