背景技术
塑料管是一种常见的管件,广泛应用于日常生活和工业生产中。因其材质轻、阻燃及耐酸碱性好,且加工简单,耐用的特点,目前已逐渐取代金属管道。在管材的加工成型过程中,管材被挤压成型后需要及时且均匀的冷却,这样才能保证管材同一径面的收缩率一致,才能有效提高管材的质量。目前一般是采用冷却水对管材进行冷却,现有的管材的冷却装置。冷却水循环使用率低,造成资源浪费严重,增加企业的生产成本。因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:针对上述不足,提供一种结构合理,节约资源,使用效果好的管材冷却装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种管材冷却装置,包括冷却水箱,所述冷却水箱的前侧设有管材进口,冷却水箱的后侧设有管材出口,所述冷却水箱的前部设有进水口,冷却水箱的后部设有出水口,所述出水口上连接有水管,水管的另一端与进水口连接,所述水管上安装有水降温设备。
进一步的技术方案:
所述水管上还设有循环泵。
所述冷却水箱的外部设有外罩。
所述管材进口和管材出口处设有内隔套。
由于上述技术方案的应用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
本实用新型的管材冷却装置,冷却水通过冷却处理后,可以循环使用,有利于节约资源,降低企业的生产成本,提高企业的经济效益。

本实用新型一种管材冷却装置,包括冷却水箱1,冷却水箱1的前侧设有管材进口2,冷却水箱1的后侧设有管材出口3,冷却水箱1的前部设有进水口4,冷却水箱1的后部设有出水口5,出水口5上连接有水管6,水管6的另一端与进水口4连接,水管6上安装有水降温设备9。
优选的,作为一可实施例,所述水管6上还设有循环泵10。
优选的,作为另一可实施例,冷却水箱1的外部设有外罩7。
优选的,作为一可实施方式,管材进口2和管材出口3处设有内隔套8。
本实用新型的管材冷却装置,在使用时,水从进水口4进入到冷却水箱1内部,对管材进行冷却后从出水口5进入到水管6内部,经过水降温设备9对其进行降温处理后,经过循环泵10进入进水口4重复循环使用,有利于降低水源消耗,提高企业的经济效益。
