本实用新型的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现：一种零铅污染的快开阀芯，其特征在于：包括壳体，所述壳体上设有出水口，并安装有O型圈一，所述壳体内自上而下依次安装有铜把手、塑料旋转座、上陶瓷片、下陶瓷片、塞圈和密封圈，所述铜把手上设有垫片，塑料旋转座上设有O型圈二，铜把手底部设有与塑料旋转座顶部卡槽一相配合的卡块一，塑料旋转座底部设有与上陶瓷片上卡槽二相配合的卡块二，下陶瓷片上设有与壳体内腔的卡槽三相配合的卡块三。
本实用新型由于铜把手底部设置独立的旋转座，通过旋转座来控制上陶瓷片，避免了筒把手直接与上陶瓷片接触而裸露在水流中，保证了水流与铜把手不接触。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是：本实用新型的结构使水流与铜把手不相接触，不会接触到金属材料，有效避免了重金属的污染，安全、环保。
