Abstract

一种温室种植采光***,包括:光反射锅、单色光源、采光器、光导主管、光导支管、漫射器;其中,单色光源、采光器与光导主管连接,当阴雨天等日照不充足时,启动单色光源辅助补光。采光器位于温室外部,光反射锅其内壁为抛物面,光反射锅将太阳光汇聚到采光器上,光导主管上接有若干光导支管,光导支管末端安装有漫射器,漫射器位于温室内部。本发实用新型通过光导方式将太阳光通过光导管引入温室内,并在此之前将太阳光汇聚增强,从而解决了现有温室透光率低的缺点,同时使用单色光源进行补光在延长光照时间、解决天气对光照影响的同时节省电耗,并且单色光源与光导使用同一套光路,方便在此基础上的统一管理。

背景技术:
温室(greenhouse),又称暖房,能透光、保温、加温,是用来栽培植物的设施。在不适宜植物生长的季节,能提供生育期和增加产量,多用于低温季节喜温蔬菜、花卉、林木等植物栽培或育苗等。
由于大多数蔬菜需要较强的光照条件,目前的温室透光膜限于成本,其透光率在80%,当使用一段时间后,透光膜外壁的附着的尘土会使透光率大大降低,尤其是在干燥且风沙大的北方,使用几个月后透光率会降到50%一下,如果再考虑上冬季的日照本身就不充足,则效果更堪忧。光照不足,不仅不能进行较为旺盛的光合作用,而且蒸腾作用也降低,植株生长纤弱,影响蔬菜的产量与品质。
另外,双层温室技术的应用,对传统的依靠透光膜直接采光也提出了挑战。
发明内容:
鉴于此,有必要设计一种能够克服以上缺陷,不依赖透光膜进行采光的温室种植采光***。
一种温室种植采光***,包括:光反射锅、单色光源、采光器、光导主管、光导支管、漫射器;其中,单色光源、采光器与光导主管连接,当阴雨天等日照不充足时,启动单色光源辅助补光。采光器位于温室外部,光反射锅其内壁为抛物面,光反射锅将太阳光汇聚到采光器上,光导主管上接有若干光导支管,光导支管末端安装有漫射器,漫射器位于温室内部。
优选的,单色光源包括红、蓝、绿光LED光源。可根据所植物不同部位的需要的加强调制出的某一频段的光谱进行补光,以降低能量的消耗。
优选的,采光器为多个。
优选的,每个采光器均配有至少一个光反射锅,该光反射锅将其反射的太阳光汇聚到与之配合的采光器上。采用这种方式适合大规模的温室园区,将光反射锅集中安装在一起,只需调整好角度即可。
本实用新型通过光导方式将太阳光通过光导管引入温室内,并在此之前将太阳光汇聚增强,从而解决了现有温室透光率低的缺点,同时使用单色光源进行补光在延长光照时间、解决天气对光照影响的同时节省电耗,并且单色光源与光导使用同一套光路,方便在此基础上的统一管理。

具体实施方式:
如图1~图2所示,一种温室种植采光***,包括:光反射锅1、单色光源2、采光器3、光导主管4、光导支管5、漫射器6;其中,单色光源2、采光器3与光导主管4连接,当阴雨天等日照不充足时,启动单色光源2辅助补光。采光器3位于温室7外部,光反射锅1其内壁为抛物面,光反射锅1将太阳光汇聚到采光器3上,光导主管4上接有若干光导支管5,光导支管5末端安装有漫射器6,漫射器6位于温室7内部。
在本实施方式中,单色光源2包括红、蓝、绿光LED光源。可根据所植物不同部位的需要的加强调制出的某一频段的光谱进行补光,以降低能量的消耗。采光器3为2个。每个采光器3均配有一个光反射锅1,该光反射锅1将其反射的太阳光汇聚到与之配合的采光器3上。采用这种方式适合大规模的温室园区,将光反射锅1集中安装在一起,只需调整好角度即可。
