Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种梅花管芯模，它包括空心圆柱（8），空心圆柱（8）通过连杆（5）与塞子（4）连接；塞子（4）的周向设有凹槽（2），凹槽（2）内设有密封圈（3），塞子（4）的外径与空心圆柱（8）的外径相等；空心圆柱（8）与连杆（5）连接的一端设有出水孔（6），另一端设有注水孔（9）；空心圆柱（8）的外壁上设有出水槽（7），出水槽（7）为螺旋槽，螺旋槽上设有小出水孔（10）。本实用新型彻底改变了梅花管加工过程中的冷却方式，在常规采用的梅花管芯模内表面注水之外、还在梅花管内表面注水冷却，大大减少了梅花管成型所需的冷却时间，从而大幅提高加工速度。

本实用新型涉及塑料机械技术领域，特别涉及一种梅花管模具。
背景技术
梅花管主要用做通信电缆护套管，此种管材内壁光滑，直接可穿光缆，可节省工时。梅花管的加工方式是利用管材挤出机和梅花管模具挤出成型。如图1，常用的梅花管模具包括底座以及均布在底座上的梅花管芯模，梅花管芯模为空心铜柱，加工时为了尽快让原料冷却成型会在梅花管芯模内表面注水，但冷却速度较慢，因此必须降低加工速度才能保证成品品质。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种梅花管芯模，能够大幅提高生产速度，以克服现有技术中的不足。
本实用新型的技术方案：它包括空心圆柱，空心圆柱通过连杆与塞子连接；塞子的周向设有凹槽，凹槽内设有密封圈，塞子的外径与空心圆柱的外径相等；空心圆柱与连杆连接的一端设有出水孔，另一端设有注水孔；空心圆柱的外壁上设有出水槽。
上述的出水槽为螺旋槽，螺旋槽上设有小出水孔。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型彻底改变了梅花管加工过程中的冷却方式，在常规采用的梅花管芯模内表面注水之外、还在梅花管内表面注水冷却，大大减少了梅花管成型所需的冷却时间，从而大幅提高加工速度。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例：塞子4的外径与空心圆柱8的外径相等，塞子4的周向开有凹槽2，在凹槽2内装上密封圈3。空心圆柱8的一端开有出水孔6、另一端开有注水孔9，空心圆柱8的外壁上开有出水槽7，出水槽7为螺旋槽，螺旋槽上设有小出水孔10。将塞子4和空心圆柱8有出水孔6的一端通过连杆5连接在一起。

1.一种梅花管芯模，它包括空心圆柱（8），其特征在于：空心圆柱（8）通过连杆（5）与塞子（4）连接；塞子（4）的周向设有凹槽（2），凹槽（2）内设有密封圈（3），塞子（4）的外径与空心圆柱（8）的外径相等；空心圆柱（8）与连杆（5）连接的一端设有出水孔（6），另一端设有注水孔（9）；空心圆柱（8）的外壁上设有出水槽（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的梅花管芯模，其特征在于：出水槽（7）为螺旋槽，螺旋槽上设有小出水孔（10）。
