本实用新型公开了一种梅花管芯模,它包括空心圆柱(8),空心圆柱(8)通过连杆(5)与塞子(4)连接;塞子(4)的周向设有凹槽(2),凹槽(2)内设有密封圈(3),塞子(4)的外径与空心圆柱(8)的外径相等;空心圆柱(8)与连杆(5)连接的一端设有出水孔(6),另一端设有注水孔(9);空心圆柱(8)的外壁上设有出水槽(7),出水槽(7)为螺旋槽,螺旋槽上设有小出水孔(10)。本实用新型彻底改变了梅花管加工过程中的冷却方式,在常规采用的梅花管芯模内表面注水之外、还在梅花管内表面注水冷却,大大减少了梅花管成型所需的冷却时间,从而大幅提高加工速度。

本实用新型涉及塑料机械技术领域,特别涉及一种梅花管模具。
背景技术
梅花管主要用做通信电缆护套管,此种管材内壁光滑,直接可穿光缆,可节省工时。梅花管的加工方式是利用管材挤出机和梅花管模具挤出成型。如图1,常用的梅花管模具包括底座以及均布在底座上的梅花管芯模,梅花管芯模为空心铜柱,加工时为了尽快让原料冷却成型会在梅花管芯模内表面注水,但冷却速度较慢,因此必须降低加工速度才能保证成品品质。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种梅花管芯模,能够大幅提高生产速度,以克服现有技术中的不足。
本实用新型的技术方案:它包括空心圆柱,空心圆柱通过连杆与塞子连接;塞子的周向设有凹槽,凹槽内设有密封圈,塞子的外径与空心圆柱的外径相等;空心圆柱与连杆连接的一端设有出水孔,另一端设有注水孔;空心圆柱的外壁上设有出水槽。
上述的出水槽为螺旋槽,螺旋槽上设有小出水孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型彻底改变了梅花管加工过程中的冷却方式,在常规采用的梅花管芯模内表面注水之外、还在梅花管内表面注水冷却,大大减少了梅花管成型所需的冷却时间,从而大幅提高加工速度。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例:塞子4的外径与空心圆柱8的外径相等,塞子4的周向开有凹槽2,在凹槽2内装上密封圈3。空心圆柱8的一端开有出水孔6、另一端开有注水孔9,空心圆柱8的外壁上开有出水槽7,出水槽7为螺旋槽,螺旋槽上设有小出水孔10。将塞子4和空心圆柱8有出水孔6的一端通过连杆5连接在一起。

1.一种梅花管芯模,它包括空心圆柱(8),其特征在于:空心圆柱(8)通过连杆(5)与塞子(4)连接;塞子(4)的周向设有凹槽(2),凹槽(2)内设有密封圈(3),塞子(4)的外径与空心圆柱(8)的外径相等;空心圆柱(8)与连杆(5)连接的一端设有出水孔(6),另一端设有注水孔(9);空心圆柱(8)的外壁上设有出水槽(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的梅花管芯模,其特征在于:出水槽(7)为螺旋槽,螺旋槽上设有小出水孔(10)。
