背景技术
一种母线接触导电联接方式，现有的联接方式为母线两端做偏心接线头，接线头中心打孔采用双头螺栓和螺母紧固。这种联接方式的不足，1、安装的导电接触面积小，温升比较高。2、安装不方便。3、母线接线头要做多种规格。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷或不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种固体绝缘柜的母线接触导电联接结构。
为达到以上目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：
包括：用于夹持相邻母线的上导电夹和下导电夹，上导电夹和下导电夹之间固定连接，所述母线的连接端头上电镀有导电层。
所述上导电夹和下导电夹上均开设有通孔，通孔中安装有贯穿上导电夹和下导电夹的双头螺钉，双头螺钉的两端通过螺母将上导电夹和下导电夹固定连接。
还包括四通套，四通套水平对应的两个端口中设置有待连接的母线，竖直对应的连个端口上设置有绝缘封堵。
所述母线的连接端头为圆柱形结构。
所述导电层为镀银的导电层。

如图1、2所示，本实用新型提供了一种固体绝缘柜的母线接触导电联接结构，包括：用于夹持相邻母线2的上导电夹6-1和下导电夹6-2，上导电夹6-1和下导电夹6-2之间固定连接，所述母线2的连接端头上电镀有导电层。其中，所述上导电夹6-1和下导电夹6-2上均开设有通孔，通孔中安装有贯穿上导电夹6-1和下导电夹6-2的双头螺钉4，双头螺钉4的两端通过螺母3将上导电夹6-1和下导电夹6-2固定连接。本实用新型中，所述母线2的连接端头为圆柱形结构，所述导电层为镀银的导电层。
进一步的，本实用新型中还设置有四通套5，四通套5水平对应的两个端口中设置有待连接的母线2，竖直对应的连个端口上设置有绝缘封堵1。
本实用新型的安装过程为：
直接将母线2用双头螺栓4和螺母3紧固到一起，改进技术是母线2端部不用加工成特定的偏心接线头，母线2在安装时不受现场位置的制约，安装非常方便。母线2在联接时采用导电夹6进行安装，直接在圆柱母线端部镀银，然后采用导电夹6夹住母线2，用双头螺栓4和螺母3紧固母线2，使得整个母线2圆周的接触面积比现有技术母线2接线头接触面积大，接触电阻小，所以温升低。

1.一种固体绝缘柜的母线接触导电联接结构，其特征在于，包括：用于夹持相邻母线(2)的上导电夹(6-1)和下导电夹(6-2)，上导电夹(6-1)和下导电夹(6-2)之间固定连接，所述母线(2)的连接端头上电镀有导电层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固体绝缘柜的母线接触导电联接结构，其特征在于，所述上导电夹(6-1)和下导电夹(6-2)上均开设有通孔，通孔中安装有贯穿上导电夹(6-1)和下导电夹(6-2)的双头螺钉(4)，双头螺钉(4)的两端通过螺母(3)将上导电夹(6-1)和下导电夹(6-2)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固体绝缘柜的母线接触导电联接结构，其特征在于，还包括四通套(5)，四通套(5)水平对应的两个端口中设置有待连接的母线(2)，竖直对应的连个端口上设置有绝缘封堵(1)。
