背景技术
增塑剂是工业上被广泛使用的高分子材料助剂，在塑料加工中添加这种物质，可以使其柔韧性增强，产品质量提高，该产品广泛使用在工业产业中。增塑剂在生产过程中，一些企业是采用酸醇的酯化反应来获得。由于这类酯化反应所得产物会带有一定量的中间体，而且杂质较多，所以要通过精馏来进一步提纯。目前，用于增塑剂的专用精馏设备还比较少，在传统工艺上需要同时给以加热才能提高其产品的精馏效果。
发明内容
发明目的：本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种用于生产增塑剂的精馏设备。
技术方案：为了达到上述目的，本实用新型具体是这样来实现的：一种用于生产增塑剂的精馏设备，包括一级精馏塔和二级精馏塔，一级精馏塔两侧侧壁上分别设有一号、二号挡板，一号、二号挡板通过一级精馏塔外部的管道直接连到二级精馏塔的侧壁；二级精馏塔未设有连接管道的侧壁设有一组三号挡板、且该组挡板通过管道连接到收液箱，收液箱底部设有出液口；一级精馏塔、二级精馏塔底部分别设有加热器，一级精馏塔设有入料口和一号排渣口，二级精馏塔设有二号排渣口。
其中，所述一级精馏塔、二级精馏塔内的一号、二号、三号挡板为倾斜式，且一号、二号、三号挡板远离侧壁段高度高于靠近侧壁段。
其中，所述二级精馏塔靠近连接管道的一侧设有隔板，隔板底部开有通孔。
其中，所述一级精馏塔、二级精馏塔内所采用的一号、二号、三号挡板、隔板材料均采用316不锈钢材料制作。
本实用新型有益效果：本实用新型与传统技术相比，结构简单，设计合理，通过两级精馏大大提高了该产品的提纯纯度，同时，由于一级精馏两侧都设有挡板，能够保证整个精馏过程的速率，还能有效提高精馏速度。

如图1所示的一种用于生产增塑剂的精馏设备，包括一级精馏塔1和二级精 馏塔2，一级精馏塔1两侧侧壁上分别设有一号、二号挡板11、12，一号、二号挡板11、12通过一级精馏塔1外部的管道直接连到二级精馏塔2的侧壁；二级精馏塔2未设有连接管道的侧壁设有一组三号挡板21、且该组三号挡板21通过管道连接到收液箱3，收液箱3底部设有出液口4；一级精馏塔1、二级精馏塔2底部分别设有加热器5、6，一级精馏塔1设有入料口7和一号排渣口8，二级精馏塔2设有二号排渣口9；所述一级精馏塔1、二级精馏2塔内的一号、二号、三号挡板11、12、21为倾斜式，且一号、二号、三号挡板11、12、21远离侧壁段高度高于靠近侧壁段；所述二级精馏塔2靠近连接管道的一侧设有隔板10，隔板10底部开有通孔。

1.一种用于生产增塑剂的精馏设备，包括一级精馏塔(1)和二级精馏塔(2)，其特征在于，一级精馏塔(1)两侧侧壁上分别设有一号挡板(11)、二号挡板(12)，一号挡板(11)、二号挡板(12)通过一级精馏塔(1)外部的管道直接连到二级精馏塔(2)的侧壁；二级精馏塔(2)未设有连接管道的侧壁设有一组三号挡板(21)、且该组三号挡板(21)通过管道连接到收液箱(3)，收液箱(3)底部设有出液口(4)；一级精馏塔(1)、二级精馏塔(2)底部分别设有加热器(5、6)，一级精馏塔(1)设有入料口(7)和一号排渣口(8)，二级精馏塔(2)设有二号排渣口(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于生产增塑剂的精馏设备，其特征在于，所述一级精馏塔(1)、二级精馏(2)塔内的一号、二号、三号挡板(11、12、21)均为倾斜式，且一号、二号、三号挡板(11、12、21)远离侧壁段高度高于靠近侧壁段。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于生产增塑剂的精馏设备，其特征在于，所述二级精馏塔(2)靠近连接管道的一侧设有隔板(10)，隔板(10)底部开有通孔。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的用于生产增塑剂的精馏设备，其特征在于，所述一级精馏塔、二级精馏塔内所采用的一号、二号、三号挡板及隔板材料均采用316不锈钢材料制作。
