内六角头螺栓及内六角花形头螺栓是紧固件中常见产品,现有对其内六角及内六角花形部位的加工多为冷冲加工,其加工步骤为先用钻头开孔,然后用安装在冲床上的冲头对其冲压,冲压结束后装夹钻头再次对孔底部钻削以去除残屑,其整个内六角及内六角花形的加工,需多次固定,增加了定位装夹的难度,且多次对位增加了加工难度,同时冷冲压对冲头要求较高,且较易磨损,增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种内六角头螺栓及内六角花形螺栓的热成型冲头,该热成型冲头可一次成型,降低生产难度,提高零件的机械性能,克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种内六角头螺栓及内六角花形螺栓的热成型冲头,它包括冲床快接头、冲杆和刃口部位,冲床快接头和刃口部位分别连接在冲杆的两端,刃口部位由过渡段、拔模段和挤压段构成,过渡段为连接在冲杆前端的圆台,拔模段与过渡段连接,其刃口部位(3)截面形状与零件内孔截面形状相同,拔模段的侧棱与冲杆轴线之间的夹角a为0.15-0.3度,挤压段与拔模段连接,挤压段为圆锥体。
上述的内六角头螺栓及内六角花形螺栓的热成型冲头,冲床快接头、冲杆和刃口部位为一整体,所用材料牌号为:M2AL。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型采用热成型冲头,这样可以实现内六角头螺栓及内六角花形螺栓的一次性加工,将拔模角设置为0.15-0.3度,这样可以减少冲头取出时的摩擦力,利于顺畅拔模,提高了冲压效率;通过在刃口部位的挤压段设置为圆锥体,这样增加冲头对零件接触面的压强,即方便冲压,还减少了冲头的磨损度,提高了冲头寿命。

实施例1. 如图1所示,本实用新型包括冲床快接头1、冲杆2和刃口部位3,冲床快接头1和刃口部位3分别连接在冲杆2的两端,冲压时,冲床快接头1连接在冲压模座上,调整冲床行程,将刃口部位3对准待加工的产品,刃口部位3由过渡段31、拔模段32和挤压段33构成,过渡段31为连接在冲杆2前端的圆台,拔模段32与过渡段31连接,其刃口部位3截面形状与零件内孔截面形状相同,拔模段32的侧棱与冲杆2轴线之间的夹角a为0.15-0.3度,在冲头拔出后,拔模角减少冲头取出时的摩擦力,可以顺畅拔模,挤压段33与拔模段32连接,挤压段33为圆锥体,圆锥体可以增加接触面压强,还起到减少冲头磨损的作用。冲床快接头1、冲杆2和刃口部位3为一整体,所用材料牌号为:M2AL。

1.一种内六角头螺栓及内六角花形头螺栓的热成型冲头,它包括冲床快接头(1)、冲杆(2)和刃口部位(3),冲床快接头(1)和刃口部位(3)分别连接在冲杆(2)的两端,其特征在于:刃口部位(3)由过渡段(31)、拔模段(32)和挤压段(33)构成,过渡段(31)为连接在冲杆(2)前端的圆台,拔模段(32)与过渡段(31)连接,其刃口部位(3)截面形状与零件内孔截面形状相同,拔模段(32)的侧棱与冲杆(2)轴线之间的夹角a为0.15-0.3度,挤压段(33)与拔模段(32)连接,挤压段(33)为圆锥体。
