10. A pump head assembly for a single plunger metering pump as set forth in claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the plunger is coated with a smooth plated surface.
11. A pump head assembly for a single plunger metering pump according to claim 10, wherein the smooth plated surface has a roughness of no more than 0.025 microns.
12. A single plunger metering pump, characterized in that it comprises a pump head assembly of the single plunger metering pump according to any one of claims 1 to 11, and further comprises a pump body assembly, a pump head connector, a flow regulating assembly, a motor and a transmission assembly, the pump head assembly of the single plunger metering pump being connected to the pump body assembly through the pump head connector, the motor being connected to the pump body assembly through the transmission assembly, and the flow regulating assembly being connected to the pump body assembly.
