Description

技术领域
本实用新型涉及煤矿开采采煤机的技术领域，具体为一种具有电缆拉力保护的采煤机拖缆装置。
背景技术
拖拽电缆是采煤机的主供电缆，经过拖缆装置，连接到电控箱，给整个采煤机各个运动***供电。采煤机在正常运行过程中，电缆被拖缆装置拖着在刮板机电缆槽里做往复移动，很容易出现卡憋的情况，由于煤矿井下粉尘较大，能见度不高，很难及时发现，这时电缆就会承受过大的力，从而造成电缆断裂。如果电缆断裂，采煤机整机掉电，从而造成采煤机停机。由于煤矿井下作业环境恶劣，给电缆修复工作带来很大的不便，这样会浪费大量的人力物力，严重影响整个采煤工作的正常运行，从而造成矿方的经济损失。目前现有的具有电缆拉力保护的采煤机拖缆装置，其结构复杂，加工制造成本高，可靠性不高。所以业内急需一种新型的具有电缆拉力保护的采煤机拖缆装置，来避免采煤机的电缆发生断裂的现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种具有电缆拉力保护的采煤机拖缆装置，该装置结构简单，生产制造成本低，实用性强，可靠性高。
本实用新型的目的是以下述方式实现的：
一种具有电缆拉力保护的采煤机拖缆装置，包括拖缆架组件、电缆固定块、拖缆链、接触板组件和传感器组件，拖缆架组件包括面板和箱体，拖缆链一端与拖缆架组件相连接，箱体的上顶板开有方孔，电缆固定块设置在方孔对应的箱体上，接触板组件设置在箱体内，且接触板组件通过方孔与电缆固定块连接，电缆固定块与接触板组件将箱体上顶板夹在中间，箱体的上顶板内壁上还安装有与接触板组件相对应的传感器组件。
还包括盖板，盖板设置在箱体一侧。
拖缆架组件还包括耳板，拖缆链安装在耳板上。
拖缆链为双排。
电缆固定块分为上、下两部分，电缆固定块上、下两部分均设置有半圆弧形孔，两部分半圆弧形孔相对应设置并用螺栓连接，形成用于穿过主供电缆的大孔及用于穿过主供水管的小孔。
面板上开有长孔，长孔的个数为2个，每个长孔内有3~6个用于固定拖缆架组件的螺栓，面板下面还有1个凸台。
拖缆架组件还包括挡板，面板、箱体、耳板和挡板是通过焊接的方式组装在一起的。
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型，结构简单，加工制造方便，制作成本低，实用性强，可靠性高，当电缆在电缆槽里出现卡憋现象时能及时报警，有效防止电缆损坏，保证采煤工作的正常运行。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示，一种具有电缆拉力保护的采煤机拖缆装置，包含拖缆架组件1、电缆固定块2、拖缆链3、接触板组件5和传感器组件6；如图4及图5所示，拖缆架组件1是组装焊接件，由面板1-1、箱体1-2、耳板1-3和挡板1-4组成，其中面板1-1下面有一凸台，凸台卡在采煤机机身相对应的槽里，面板1-1上还开有2个长孔7，每个长孔7里穿3-6个螺栓，通过螺栓把拖缆架组件1固定在采煤机机身上，拖缆架组件1和采煤机机身的相对位置可以通过长孔7来调节，从而增强了拖缆装置的三机配套性。拖缆链3通过开口销安装在耳板1-3上，拖缆链3为双排的，拖缆链3的最后一节与电缆夹通过销子相连接，箱体1-2的上顶板上开有方孔8，电缆固定块2设置在方孔8对应的箱体1-2上，接触板组件5设置在箱体1-2内，且接触板组件5通过方孔8与电缆固定块2用螺栓连接，电缆固定块2与接触板组件5将箱体1-2的上顶板夹在中间，箱体1-2的上顶板内壁上还通过螺栓安装有与接触板组件5相对应的传感器组件6；该采煤机拖缆装置还包括盖板4，盖板4通过螺栓安装在箱体1-2的侧面，以方便装拆传感器组件6和接触板组件5；拖缆架组件1的挡板1-4具有保护拖缆链3和对拖缆链3限位的作用。
采煤机上用的电缆夹9有很多节，是通过销子连接在一起， 主要作用是保护电缆，在电缆拖拽过程中不让电缆受力。
如图1所示，电缆固定块2分为上、下两部分，电缆固定块2上、下两部分均设置有半圆弧形孔，两部分半圆弧形孔相对应设置并用螺栓连接，形成用于穿过主供电缆的大孔2-1及用于穿过主供水管的小孔2-2，通过电缆固定块2的上、下两部分把主供电缆和主供水管压紧。
本实用新型的工作过程如下：正常工作状态下，电缆通过安装在拖缆链3端部的电缆夹和电缆固定块2上的主供电缆的大孔2-1，电缆不受力，电缆夹受力，电缆夹所受的力传到拖缆链3上，然后传到拖缆架组件1上，这时电缆固定块2不受力。如果电缆在电缆槽里出现卡憋现象时，电缆夹会受力过大，电缆夹或者拖缆链3会损坏，电缆就直接受力，这时电缆就拉动电缆固定块2向传感器组件6靠近，当接触板组件5和传感器组件6的距离小于报警设定值时，采煤机报警、停机，这样电缆就不会被拉断。
此外，接触板组件5和传感器组件6之间的距离可根据需要设置为3~10mm不等，报警设定值小于接触板组件5和传感器组件6之间的距离，同时，方孔7内的螺栓数也可根据需要安装3~6个不等。

1.一种具有电缆拉力保护的采煤机拖缆装置，其特征在于：包括拖缆架组件、电缆固定块、拖缆链、接触板组件和传感器组件，所述拖缆架组件包括面板和箱体，拖缆链一端与拖缆架组件相连接，箱体的上顶板开有方孔，电缆固定块设置在方孔对应的箱体上，接触板组件设置在箱体内，且接触板组件通过方孔与电缆固定块连接，电缆固定块与接触板组件将箱体上顶板夹在中间，箱体的上顶板内壁上还安装有与接触板组件相对应的传感器组件。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有电缆拉力保护的采煤机拖缆装置，其特征在于：还包括盖板，盖板设置在箱体一侧。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种具有电缆拉力保护的采煤机拖缆装置，其特征在于：所述拖缆架组件还包括耳板，拖缆链安装在耳板上。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种具有电缆拉力保护的采煤机拖缆装置，其特征在于：拖缆链为双排。
5. 如权利要求4所述的一种具有电缆拉力保护的采煤机拖缆装置，其特征在于：所述电缆固定块分为上、下两部分，电缆固定块上、下两部分均设置有半圆弧形孔，两部分半圆弧形孔相对应设置并用螺栓连接，形成用于穿过主供电缆的大孔及用于穿过主供水管的小孔 。
