背景技术
目前，在铜箔涂胶过程中，为了保证相同的抗剥离强度，所以要保证涂胶均匀，但是现有的涂胶装置无法达到工作需求，不仅如此，现有的涂胶机往往只能为同一厚度的材料进行涂胶，功能性较为单一，不能适合更多的工作条件。
所以，研制出一种可以保证涂胶均匀、适用性广的涂胶装置，便成为业内人士亟需解决的问题。

针对相关技术中的上述技术问题，本实用新型提出一种铜箔涂胶装置，能够调整涂胶厚度，适应不同的工作需求。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种铜箔涂胶装置，包括机架，所述机架中间一体成型有运输台；所述机架内腔的上端和下端分别设有微调机构，所述微调机构通过连接杆固定连接有与所述运输台相配合的上辊轴和下辊轴，并且所述机架上还设有控制面板。
进一步的，所述控制面板上设有调速按钮以及与所述微调机构配合的闭合按钮和分离按钮。
进一步的，所述连接杆与所述微调机构以及所述上辊轴和下辊轴均通过螺栓固定连接。
进一步的，所述运输台上设有相配合的运输皮带。
进一步的，所述机架上还设有状态指示灯。
本实用新型的有益效果：通过微调机构的调整，能够按照不同工作需求对不同厚度的胶层进行针对性的工作，并且能够保证涂胶质量，达到厚度均匀，适用性广，降低生产成本，缩短工作时间。

1.一种铜箔涂胶装置，包括机架（1），其特征在于，所述机架（1）中间一体成型有运输台（2）；所述机架（1）内腔的上端和下端分别设有微调机构（3），所述微调机构（3）通过连接杆（4）固定连接有与所述运输台（2）相配合的上辊轴（6）和下辊轴（7），并且所述机架上还设有控制面板（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜箔涂胶装置，其特征在于，所述控制面板（8）上设有调速按钮（9）以及与所述微调机构（3）配合的闭合按钮（10）和分离按钮（11）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铜箔涂胶装置，其特征在于，所述连接杆（4）与所述微调机构（3）以及所述上辊轴（6）和下辊轴（7）均通过螺栓固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铜箔涂胶装置，其特征在于，所述运输台上设有相配合的运输皮带。
