本实用新型涉及一种减压阀,包括阀体、阀盖、活塞及阀瓣,阀体设有进水口和出水口,阀体的内部设有大、小圆孔,出水口通过流道与大圆孔连通,阀盖上设有阀盖内螺纹孔,阀盖内螺纹孔内旋有调节螺杆,调节螺杆与活塞之间设有上弹簧,活塞与阀体之间形成环形通道进水口与环形通道连通,活塞的外周边设有O型圈,阀瓣通过紧固螺丝与活塞内螺纹孔的配合固定在活塞的底部,活塞与阀瓣之间设有密封垫,阀体的底部设有丝堵,阀瓣与丝堵之间设有下弹簧。本实用新型体积小,结构简单紧凑,使用方便易操作,可调节出口压力到使用范围,使用上更加安全可靠。

本实用新型涉及一种减压阀,属于阀装置设备技术领域。
背景技术
现有太阳能热水器有带水箱太阳能热水器和无水箱太阳能热水器,带水箱太阳能热水器采用封闭式的水箱进行储水,而无水箱太阳能热水器采用集热管进行储水,集热管选用的是大口径,且可承受一定压力的玻璃管,无论是封闭式的水箱还是大口径集热管受所采用的材料、焊接应力消除、内部高温或金属疲劳等因素的影响具有一定的承压能力,若自来水的压力直接作用于水箱或集热管会导致了水箱或者集热管漏水,从而大大缩短水箱或集热管的使用寿命,影响太阳能热水器的推广和使用。因此需要在进水管路上设置减压阀,可调节器出口压力使得通过减压阀进入水箱或集热管的水流的压力控制在水箱或集热管承压范围之内,现有技术中,减压阀的内部结构复杂,通常采用膜片感应压力,多次使用会出现损坏或感应不准确不利于后期维护;同时,结构的复杂性也决定了减压阀的可靠性较低,使用寿命短。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种简单而紧凑,操作方便的可调节出口压力的减压阀。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种减压阀,其特征在于,包括阀体、与所述阀体上部螺纹连接的阀盖、设置在所述阀体内部的活塞及设置在所述活塞底部的阀瓣,所述阀体的两侧分别设有进水口和出水口,所述阀体的内部设有上下相连通的大、小圆孔,所述出水口通过流道与所述大圆孔连通,所述阀盖上设有阀盖内螺纹孔,所述阀盖内螺纹孔内旋有调节螺杆,所述调节螺杆与所述活塞之间设有上弹簧,正对所述进水口的所述活塞与所述阀体之间形成环形通道,所述进水口与所述环形通道连通,所述活塞的截面形状呈“十”字型,所述活塞的外周边与所述阀体接触处设有O型圈,所述活塞的下部设有活塞内螺纹孔,所述阀瓣通过紧固螺丝与活塞内螺纹孔的配合固定在所述活塞的底部,所述活塞与阀瓣之间设有密封垫,所述阀体的底部设有丝堵,所述阀瓣与丝堵之间设有下弹簧,所述活塞在调节螺杆、上弹簧及下弹簧的作用下可在所述大、小圆孔内上、下滑动。
所述上弹簧的顶部设有弹簧座,所述弹簧座的的外径小于所述阀盖内螺纹孔的直径,大于或等于所述调节螺杆的外径。通过阀盖内螺纹孔限制上弹簧的上端,同时也方便调节螺杆对上弹簧整体施力。
所述丝堵与阀体之间设有O型圈。进一步保证阀体底部的密封效果。
阀前压强通过进水口、环形通道传递到阀瓣上形成阀前压力,阀后压强通过阀体出水口的流道作用在活塞上形成阀后压力,上、下弹簧、活塞及阀瓣相互作用形成辅助压力调节机构,可通过旋转调节螺杆使得阀瓣与阀体之间形成相应的开启度,从而获得阀后压力控制在储水水箱或集热管所能承受压力值范围内,来实现减压的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是:体积小,结构简单紧凑,使用方便易操作,可调节出口压力到使用范围,使用上更加安全可靠。

如图1所示,一种减压阀,包括阀体1、与所述阀体1上部螺纹连接的阀盖10、设置在所述阀体内部的活塞11及设置在所述活塞底部的阀瓣6,所述阀体1的两侧分别设有进水口12和出水口13,所述阀体1的内部设有上下相连通的大圆孔15和小圆孔16,所述出水口13通过流道17与所述大圆孔15连通,所述阀盖10上设有阀盖内螺纹孔18,所述阀盖内螺纹孔18内旋有调节螺杆9,所述调节螺杆9与所述活塞11之间设有上弹簧14,正对所述进水口12的所述活塞与所述阀体之间形成环形通道20,所述进水口与所述环形通道20连通,所述活塞11的截面形状呈“十”字型,所述活塞的外周边与所述阀体接触处设有O型圈5,所述活塞11的下部设有活塞内螺纹孔19,所述阀瓣6通过紧固螺丝2与活塞内螺纹孔19的配合固定在所述活塞的底部,所述活塞11与阀瓣6之间设有密封垫7,所述阀体的底部设有丝堵3,所述阀瓣6与丝堵3之间设有下弹簧4,所述活塞11在调节螺杆9、上弹簧14及下弹簧4的作用下可在所述大圆孔15、小圆孔16内上、下滑动。
所述上弹簧14的顶部设有弹簧座8,所述弹簧座8的的外径小于所述阀盖内螺纹孔18的直径,大于或等于所述调节螺杆9的外径。通过阀盖内螺纹孔限制上弹簧的上端,同时也方便调节螺杆对上弹簧整体施力。
所述丝堵与阀体之间设有O型圈5。进一步保证阀体底部的密封效果。
水流流动时,出水口压力下降,进水口水通过环形通道后作用于阀瓣,阀瓣下移打开减压阀,由于水对阀瓣作用面积小,流量很小,可避免打开瞬间压力过大对水箱或集热管造成损坏,打开后可通过调节螺杆使得阀后压力达到要求值;当无水流动时,出口压力上升,出水口水通过流道作用于活塞使得活塞及阀瓣上移关闭减压阀达到减静压的目的。
