现有的汽车车轮均为中央轮毂与轮胎直接复合,通过中央轮毂的转动实现车轮的转动,这样的结构车轮使用寿命短,与轮毂连接的机械部件易损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,不易损坏,使用寿命长的气垫车轮。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种气垫车轮,其特征是:包括固定轮毂,固定轮毂外套装有浮动轮毂,浮动轮毂上装轮胎,固定轮毂与浮动轮毂之间为气隙层,固定轮毂内为与供气管相通的气腔,气腔下部设置与气隙层相通的多个气孔;在固定轮毂下部边缘设置多个轴承,浮动轮毂的外圆为圆形,内孔为椭圆形。
本实用新型可以作为汽车从动轮使用,工作时,在固定轮毂与浮动轮毂之间的气隙层中充满自气孔流出的高压气体,使浮动轮毂处于浮动状态,固定轮毂不转动,由浮动轮毂带动轮胎转动;采用“在固定轮毂下部边缘设置多个轴承,浮动轮毂的外圆为圆形,内孔为椭圆形”的结构形式,在不工作时,减少固定轮毂与浮动轮毂之间的摩擦和压力。
