本实用新型属于奶粉包装设备技术领域，具体涉及一种塑料盖自动下盖机下盖滑道挡盖机构。
背景技术
现有技术中塑料盖下盖在下盖滑道上挡盖通常是通过在塑料盖下面安装隔板来实现挡盖，这种做法的缺点是：因盖子下落时间计算不准，会导致隔板勾住塑料盖，无法起到隔离塑料盖的作用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以提高稳定性的塑料盖自动下盖机下盖滑道挡盖机构。
为实现上述实用新型目的，本实用新型采用了如下技术方案：
一种塑料盖自动下盖机下盖滑道挡盖机构，其特征在于，在所述下盖滑道一侧设有挡盖气缸，所述挡盖气缸前端连接有可伸缩的挡盖杆，所述挡盖杆伸长时横置于所述下盖滑道上，用于挡住下盖滑道上行进的塑料盖。
优选的，所述挡盖气缸设置有两个，该两个挡盖气缸的间距大于所述塑料盖的直径。
优选的，所述挡盖杆的长度与所述塑料盖的直径相等。
工作原理：通过不锈钢滑道输送塑料盖，当塑料盖到达某一设定好的位置时，挡盖气缸动作将到达预定的位置的塑料盖挡住，挡盖气缸可以通过连接位置传感器感应塑料盖位置，当感应到后直接从下盖滑道侧边驱动伸缩盖伸出滑道从而起到隔离塑料盖的作用。

优选的，所述挡盖杆3的长度与所述塑料盖4的直径相等。

2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料盖自动下盖机下盖滑道挡盖机构，其特征在于，所述挡盖气缸(2)设置有两个，该两个挡盖气缸(2)的间距大于所述塑料盖(4)的直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料盖自动下盖机下盖滑道挡盖机构，其特征在于，所述挡盖杆(3)的长度与所述塑料盖(4)的直径相等。
