背景技术
目前在预拌混凝土生产中，筒仓是贮存粉性物料的主要生产设备之一。粉性物料由生产厂用散装罐车运到搅拌站，采用压缩空气将其气力输送至筒仓。除尘器是筒仓压缩空气的唯一出口，并能防止粉尘排出。但是，国内现有除尘器的除尘效果都不理想，难以达到当前环保要求。实际使用中，由于设计不合理、产品质量不高、操作不当、维护不周等原因导致滤袋局部破损或结块堵塞造成粉性物料泄漏。工作中，除尘器口粉尘“飘溢”是常见现象。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种预拌混凝土防止筒仓除尘器粉尘泄漏装置，该新型结构设计合理，结构简单，使用方便，运行能耗低。可进一步降低筒仓除尘器的粉尘正常排放量，当遇到突发粉尘“飘溢”事件时，喷淋水可有效抑制粉尘将其压下。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型是通过如下的技术方案来实现：
一种预拌混凝土防止筒仓除尘器粉尘泄漏装置，包括立柱、喷淋架、回液沟、高压水泵及喷淋口，其中立柱下端安装在筒仓表面上，上端与喷淋架连接，且立柱至少3根并环绕筒仓除尘器分布，喷淋架与筒仓除尘器同轴分布，且间距离不低于5厘米，回液沟安装筒仓外表面上，并位于喷淋架正下方，且回液沟上另设回液管，并通过回液管与外部回收设备连通，喷淋口均布在喷淋架上，并通过供水管与高压水泵连通，高压水泵安装在筒仓外表面并另通过供水管与外部水源连通。
进一步的，所述的喷淋口呈矩形阵列或环形阵列分布在喷淋架上。
进一步的，所述的筒仓除尘器安装在回液沟内。
进一步的，所述的喷淋口与高压水泵间的供水管上另设过滤装置。
本新型结构设计合理，结构简单，使用方便，运行能耗低，可对筒仓除尘器发生粉尘泄漏时进行有效抑制。

如图1所述的一种预拌混凝土防止筒仓除尘器粉尘泄漏装置，包括立柱1、喷淋架2、回液沟3、高压水泵4及喷淋口5，其中立柱1下端安装在筒仓6表面上，上端与喷淋架2连接，且立柱1至少3根并环绕筒仓除尘器7分布，喷淋架2与筒仓除尘器7同轴分布，且间距离不低于5厘米，回液沟3安装筒仓6外表面上，并位于喷淋架2正下方，且回液沟3上另设回液管8，并通过回液管8与外部回收设备连通，喷淋口5均布在喷淋架2上，并通过供水管9与高压水泵4连通，高压水泵4安装在筒仓6外表面并另通过供水管9与外部水源连通。
本实施例中，所述的喷淋口5呈矩形阵列或环形阵列分布在喷淋架2上。
本实施例中，所述的筒仓除尘器7安装在回液沟3内。
本实施例中，所述的喷淋口5与高压水泵4间的供水管9上另设过滤装置10。
本新型结构设计合理，结构简单，使用方便，运行能耗低，可对筒仓除尘器发生粉尘泄漏时有效抑制。
