背景技术
普通空气连通箱是一种连接上下组空气器预热器的箱体结构，由两个侧桁架及一个或多个中间桁架组成,，流通截面易形成几个分割面。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种空气连通箱，有效地解决了空气连通箱流通截面易形成几个分割面，及内部支撑结构钢耗大的缺点。
本实用新型是这样来实现的。一种受力均匀的空气连通箱，包括由钢架和钢板构架而成的箱体，箱体设有空气通道入口和与管箱连接的出口，其特征在于在空气通道入口处均匀布置第一组支撑钢管，在与管箱连接的出口处均匀布置第二组支撑钢管。
通过对型钢和钢管惯性矩及截面积的计算比较，在保证性能的前提下，将空气连通箱由一个中间桁架支撑改为在空气连通箱内均布两组钢管形成稳固支撑结构，对原有的空气连通箱内部支撑结构的优化，克服了流通截面易形成几个分割面的缺点，使空气连通箱受力更均匀，且降低了钢耗。

具体实施方式
如图1、2和3所示，一种受力均匀的空气连通箱，包括由钢架和钢板构架而成的箱体1，箱体1设有空气通道入口4和与管箱连接的出口5，在空气通道入口4处均匀布置第一组支撑钢管2，在与管箱连接的出口5内处均匀布置第二组支撑钢管3。两组钢管与箱体的钢板和钢架形成稳固支撑结构。相较于型钢桁架，钢管的惯性矩和截面积更小，能减小对空气运动方向的干扰，克服了流通截面易形成几个分割面的缺点，使空气连通箱受力更均匀。
