本实用新型是一种改进的自行车中轴传动装置，其特征在于：中轴的两端部为锥形方柱，与其配合的左、右脚蹬曲柄的孔为锥形方孔，用固紧垫片和沿中轴轴线方向上旋入的螺钉紧固连接。因此，大大提高了自行车中轴传动装置的机械强度，增长了使用寿命和使用安全性，适用于各种自行车的改造用。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种改进的自行车中轴传动装置，由中轴和安装在中轴上的左、右脚蹬曲柄、牙盘构成。
至今，我们所用的自行车中轴传动装置有一根两端部为园柱形的中轴，与该中轴两端部相配合的左、右脚蹬曲柄上的孔为园柱形孔，二者配合连接时，采用插销式结构横向固定，故在中轴和左、右脚蹬曲柄上均设计有插销孔，从而降低了该传动装置的机械强度，由于插销的作用力，使中轴和左、右脚蹬曲柄连接孔极易变形，且插销本身也易磨损和变形，维修拆卸不方便，拆装1-2次就报废。由于上述原因，严重时，会造成中轴和左、右脚蹬曲柄报废，造成交通事故。此外，插销露出部分常常拉坏操作者的裤脚。
本实用新型的目的就在于：对现有的自行车中轴传动装置的结构进行改进，以提高其机械强度，增长使用寿命和使用安全性。
本实用新型是这样来实现其目的的：将自行车中轴传动装置的中轴两端部设计成锥形方柱，与其配合的左、右脚蹬曲柄上的孔设计成相应的锥形方孔，在中轴两端头沿中轴轴线方向设计螺孔，自行车装配时将中轴和左、右脚蹬曲柄配合装好后，用固紧垫片和沿中轴线方向上的螺孔旋入的螺钉固紧连接而成。
由于本实用新型采用了上述的结构，经上百次的试验，证明大大提高了自行车中轴传动装置的机械强度，中轴和左、右脚蹬曲柄配合部完好无损，不变形，增长了使用寿命，且增强了使用安全性。

如图中所示，中轴(2)两端部加工成锥形方柱(7)，装在中轴上的的左、右脚蹬曲柄(1、4)的配合孔和制成相应的锥形方孔，在中轴(2)的两端头部沿中轴轴线方向上加工紧固螺孔，自行车装配时，将中轴(2)和左、右脚蹬曲柄(1、4)配合装上后，用固紧垫片(5)和固紧螺钉(6)紧固连接而成。图中的(3)为传动用的牙盘。该装置的加工工艺和所用材料与普通自行车的一样。

1.一种改进的自行车中轴传动装置，由中轴和装在中轴上的左、右脚蹬曲柄、牙盘构成，其特征在于：中轴两端部为锥形方柱，与其配合的左、右脚蹬曲柄上的孔为锥形方孔，在二者配合部的端头上设计有固紧垫片和沿中轴轴线方向上的螺孔旋入的固紧螺钉。
