本实用新型涉及一种挂具，特别是一种自动挂具。
背景技术
目前，在起吊工件通常采用钢丝绳吊装，其结构虽然比较简单，但挂钩、脱钩需要人工近距离操作；操作时间长，而且很不安全。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷，本实用新型旨在提供一种操作方便安全、效率高的自动挂具。      
实用新型的构成：一种自动挂具，由吊耳、起重杆、锁架、锁紧机构、滑杆、弹簧、承重板、连杆、转轴、销子、锁舌、手柄和导向锥组成，其特征在于：吊耳与起重杆连接成一个整体，在起重杆中沿轴线方向设有通孔，起重杆的上段设有第一方孔、中段设有第二方孔、下段设有第三方孔，成倒凹字形结构的锁架设在第一方孔中，设在通孔中的滑杆穿过锁架向上伸出，在第一方孔中设有套在滑杆上的第一弹簧，该第一弹簧由固定在滑杆上的螺母压紧在锁架上，在第二方孔中设有套在滑杆上的第二弹簧，该第二弹簧顶在滑杆的轴肩与锁架之间，滑杆下端伸入第三方孔中通过销子A与两根连杆铰接，该两根连杆的另一端各自与前承重板和后承重板铰接，前承重板和后承重板的另一端通过转轴共同铰接在起重杆上，在锁架上设有锁紧机构，该锁紧机构由设在锁架上的锁舌、套在锁舌上的第三弹簧、与该锁舌通过销子B铰接的手柄构成，在起重杆上对应于锁架的位置固定有锁止环，在起重杆的下端固定有导向锥。
与现有技术比较，本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案，因此只需在用于装工件的料筐或料盘上设置一个与起重杆直径大致相同的孔即可十分方便地对其进行自动挂钩起吊以及远距离脱钩；不仅操作方便快捷、效率高，而且还消除了人工近距离操作而带来的不安全隐患。

具体实施方式
如图1-图4所示，一种自动挂具，由吊耳、起重杆、锁架、锁紧机构、滑杆、弹簧、承重板、连杆、转轴、销子、锁舌、手柄和导向锥组成，其特征在于：吊耳1与起重杆2连接成一个整体，在起重杆中沿轴线方向设有通孔3，起重杆的上段设有第一方孔4、中段设有第二方孔8、下段设有第三方孔10，成倒凹字形结构的锁架6设在第一方孔中，设在通孔3中的滑杆18穿过锁架6向上伸出，在第一方孔中设有套在滑杆18上的第一弹簧5，该第一弹簧由固定在滑杆上的螺母压紧在锁架6上，在第二方孔中设有套在滑杆上的第二弹簧9，该第二弹簧顶在滑杆的轴肩与锁架6之间，滑杆18下端伸入第三方孔10中通过销子A16与两根连杆15铰接，该两根连杆的另一端各自与前承重板11和后承重板14铰接，前承重板和后承重板的另一端通过转轴12共同铰接在起重杆2上，在锁架6上设有锁紧机构17，该锁紧机构由设在锁架上的锁舌19、套在锁舌上的第三弹簧20、与该锁舌通过销子B21铰接的手柄22构成，在起重杆2上对应于锁架6的位置固定有锁止环7，在起重杆2的下端固定有导向锥13。

1.一种自动挂具，由吊耳、起重杆、锁架、锁紧机构、滑杆、弹簧、承重板、连杆、转轴、销子、锁舌、手柄和导向锥组成，其特征在于：吊耳（1）与起重杆（2）连接成一个整体，在起重杆中沿轴线方向设有通孔（3），起重杆的上段设有第一方孔（4）、中段设有第二方孔（8）、下段设有第三方孔（10），成倒凹字形结构的锁架（6）设在第一方孔中，设在通孔（3）中的滑杆（18）穿过锁架（6）向上伸出，在第一方孔中设有套在滑杆（18）上的第一弹簧（5），该第一弹簧由固定在滑杆上的螺母压紧在锁架（6）上，在第二方孔中设有套在滑杆上的第二弹簧（9），该第二弹簧顶在滑杆的轴肩与锁架（6）之间，滑杆（18）下端伸入第三方孔（10）中通过销子A（16）与两根连杆（15）铰接，该两根连杆的另一端各自与前承重板（11）和后承重板（14）铰接，前承重板和后承重板的另一端通过转轴（12）共同铰接在起重杆（2）上，在锁架（6）上设有锁紧机构（17），该锁紧机构由设在锁架上的锁舌（19）、套在锁舌上的第三弹簧（20）、与该锁舌通过销子B（21）铰接的手柄（22）构成，在起重杆（2）上对应于锁架（6）的位置固定有锁止环（7），在起重杆（2）的下端固定有导向锥（13）。
