目前的水杯往往只有普通的盛水功能，或者最多具备保温功能，无法灵活调节杯中所盛液体的温度。这样，在炎热的夏季如果想快速冷却杯中所盛的开水，或者在寒冷的冬季想要加热杯中所盛的牛奶或饮料，就需要借助其他工具。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双层调温水杯，解决现有水杯无法调节杯中所盛液体温度的问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种双层调温水杯，包括内杯，内杯的开口处通过外螺纹a与上盖配合相连，内杯外套有外壁，外壁在外螺纹a下方处与内杯固连，内杯的底部位于外壁的内部，内杯与外壁之间留有间隙，外壁的底部开口处通过外螺纹b与下盖配合相连。

本实用新型一种双层调温水杯，如图1所示，包括内杯1，内杯1的开口处通过外螺纹a3与上盖5配合相连，内杯1外套有外壁2，外壁2在外螺纹a3下方处与内杯1固连，内杯1的底部位于外壁2的内部，内杯1与外壁2之间留有间隙，外壁2的底部开口处通过外螺纹b4与下盖6配合相连。在上盖5的内部及下盖6的内部均设置有密封圈。内杯1采用金属材料制成。
当内杯1中装入开水需要快速冷却时，盖上上盖5，将整个杯子倒转180°，使外壁2的底部朝上，然后打开下盖6，在内杯1与外壁2之间的间隙处装入凉水，再盖上下盖6，这样内杯1中的开水就可以得到快速冷却；同样，当内杯1中装入牛奶或饮料需要加热时，在内杯1与外壁2之间的间隙处装入开水即可。内杯1采用金属材料制成，导热性能良好，能够快速与间隙处的液体进行热量交换。
本实用新型的双层调温水杯，通过内杯与外壁的巧妙设置，有效解决了现有水杯无法调节杯中所盛液体温度的问题。本实用新型结构简单，使用方便。
