本实用新型公开了一种底部下横梁带有预设应力的现浇梁膺架,在支撑现浇梁两侧支墩和支墩平台上对称设置两侧支架,所述两侧支架的结构形式是:在支墩平台上分别固定设置立柱,分别在立柱底部固定设置侧支座;在两个侧支座之间通过中间支座分别固定连接下横梁,在两个支座之间设置产生预紧应力的拉紧装置,分别在侧支座固定连接斜梁,分别在斜梁端部固定连接顶支座,在顶支座-和中间支座之间分别设置斜梁b,在顶支座-之间固定连接上横梁,分别在立柱、顶支座的顶端固定连接卸载砂筒,分别在卸载砂筒顶端固定设置工字钢支撑,贝雷梁设置在工字钢支撑上。在安装过程中,预先安装好拉紧装置,并通过该拉紧装置对两侧的侧支座产生拉紧应力,这样在进行现浇梁制作时,将斜梁a对侧支座产生的与拉紧应力方向相反的水平压应力正好抵消掉或是大大减小,这样使该浇梁膺架整体会受到较小的水平压应力,只受到竖向压应力,并使竖向应力全部作用在支墩平台上。

技术领域
    本实用新型涉及现浇梁膺架施工的技术领域,具体是一种底部下横梁带有预设应力的现浇梁膺架。
背景技术
中国专利2013101636202公布了一种大跨度非落地式现浇梁膺架及其施工方法,该现浇梁膺架之间不再进行钻孔灌注桩、高压旋喷桩、钢管桩等地基处理,直接将现浇梁膺架支撑点设置在两侧的承台墩身上,满足了跨越河流或软地基的使用,同时不存在因地基处理带来的浪费和环境污染等问题,在现浇梁膺架的施工领域应用越加广泛,但是该种结构膺架两侧的斜支撑分别会对底部产生很大的水平方向应力,该应力的存在会对整个膺架结构产生一对水平的拉力,整体受力不合理,给安全施工带来了隐患。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种底部下横梁带有预设应力的现浇梁膺架及其施工方法,消除或大大减小了水平应力,为现浇梁膺架的安全施工提供了重要技术保障;同时该现浇梁膺架结构紧凑且安装方便。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:在支撑现浇梁两侧支墩和支墩平台上对称设置两侧支架,所述两侧支架的结构形式是:
在支墩平台上分别固定设置立柱,分别在立柱底部固定设置侧支座;
在两个侧支座之间通过中间支座分别固定连接下横梁,在两个侧支座之间设置产生预紧应力的拉紧装置,分别在侧支座固定连接斜梁a,分别在斜梁a端部固定连接顶支座,在顶支座和中间支座之间分别设置斜梁b,在顶支座之间固定连接上横梁,分别在立柱、顶支座的顶端固定连接卸载砂筒,分别在卸载砂筒顶端固定设置工字钢支撑,贝雷梁设置在工字钢支撑上。
在安装过程中,预先安装好拉紧装置,并通过该拉紧装置对两侧的侧支座a产生拉紧应力,这样在进行现浇梁制作时,将斜梁a对侧支座a产生的与拉紧应力方向相反的水平压应力正好抵消掉或是大大减小,这样使该浇梁膺架整体会受到较小的水平压应力,只受到竖向压应力,并使竖向应力全部作用在支墩平台上。
本实用新型设计了,所述拉紧装置包括钢丝束和带有圆孔的紧固件,所述钢丝束贯穿侧支座、下横梁、中间支座之间,通过分别设置在侧支座端部的带有圆孔的紧固件进行拉紧。
本实用新型设计了,分别在侧支座、中间支座、顶支座与横梁的铰接处连接预应力传感器,预应力传感器连接外部的预应力监控设备。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细描述:
如图1-3所示为本实用新型的一个具体实施例,该底部下横梁带有预设应力的现浇梁膺架,在支撑现浇梁7两侧支墩8和支墩平台6上对称设置两侧支架,所述两侧支架的结构形式是:
在支墩平台6上分别固定设置立柱2,分别在立柱2底部固定设置侧支座13-1;
在两个侧支座13-1之间通过中间支座13-2分别固定连接下横梁1-1,分别在侧支座13-1固定连接斜梁a12-1,分别在斜梁a12-1端部固定连接顶支座13-3,在顶支座13-3和中间支座13-2之间分别设置斜梁b12-2,在顶支座13-3之间固定连接上横梁1-2,分别在立柱2、顶支座13-3的顶端固定连接卸载砂筒3,分别在卸载砂筒3顶端固定设置工字钢支撑4,贝雷梁7设置在工字钢支撑4上,
还包括钢丝束15和带有圆孔的紧固件14,所述钢丝束15贯穿侧支座a13-1、下横梁1-1、中间支座13-2之间,通过分别设置在侧支座a13-1端部的带有圆孔的紧固件14进行拉紧。
在本实例中,分别在侧支座13-1、中间支座13-2、顶支座13-3与横梁的铰接处连接预应力传感器,预应力传感器连接外部的预应力监控设备16。
该现浇梁膺架的施工方法包括以下步骤:
①浇筑支墩8和支墩平台6,分别在支墩平台6上固定设置立柱2;
②依次安装侧支座a13-1、中间支座13-2和下横梁1-1;
③在侧支座a13-1、中间支座13-2和下横梁1-1内部贯穿钢丝束15,通过张拉千斤顶对钢丝束15张拉,用紧固件14锚住钢丝束15实现预应力;
④依次连接斜梁a12-1、顶支座13-3和斜梁b12-2;
⑤分别在立柱2、顶支座13-3的顶端固定连接卸载砂筒3,分别在卸载砂筒3顶端固定设置工字钢支撑4,将贝雷梁7设置在工字钢支撑4上。
本实用新型的技术效果是:
1.由于设计了拉紧装置、侧支座13-1、斜梁a12-1,通过拉紧装置对两侧的侧支座13-1产生拉紧应力,这样在进行现浇梁制作时,将斜梁a12-1对侧支座13-1产生的与拉紧应力方向相反的水平压应力正好抵消掉或是大大减小,这样使该浇梁膺架整体会受到较小的水平压应力,只受到竖向压应力,并使竖向应力全部作用在支墩平台6上,降低了该装置的使用风险。
2.由于设计了钢丝束15和带有圆孔的紧固件14,使预紧力调节方便,满足了对不同重量的现浇梁的使用要求。
3.由于设计预应力监控设备,可以远程或现场输入预应力各项参数,随时监控支撑体系的使用状态,实现精细化管理,避免出现突发性安全事故。

在支墩平台(6)上分别固定设置立柱(2),分别在立柱(2)底部固定设置侧支座(13-1);在两个侧支座(13-1)之间通过中间支座(13-2)分别固定连接下横梁(1-1),在两个侧支座(13-1)之间设置产生预紧应力的拉紧装置,分别在侧支座(13-1)固定连接斜梁a(12-1),分别在斜梁a(12-1)端部固定连接顶支座(13-3),在顶支座(13-3)和中间支座(13-2)之间分别设置斜梁b(12-2),在顶支座(13-3)之间固定连接上横梁(1-2),分别在立柱(2)、顶支座(13-3)的顶端固定连接卸载砂筒(3),分别在卸载砂筒(3)顶端固定设置工字钢支撑(4),贝雷梁(7)设置在工字钢支撑(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种底部下横梁带有预设应力的现浇梁膺架,其特征是:所述拉紧装置包括钢丝束(15)和带有圆孔的紧固件(14),所述钢丝束(15)贯穿侧支座(13-1)、下横梁(1-1)、中间支座(13-2)之间,通过分别设置在侧支座(13-1)端部的带有圆孔的紧固件(14)进行拉紧。
