 本实用新型涉及一种粉尘收集装置。
背景技术
在行业内，车间散装类粉末状物料灌装入桶时存在粉尘散逸严重的问题，而通常的粉尘回收装置又存在位置相对固定、不便于实际生产时灵活运用的缺陷。另一方面，因为固定式装置粉尘收集口不能根据粉尘散逸严重部位进行量身定制，所以散逸的粉尘很难做到有效收集，既污染环境，又严重浪费物料。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足，本实用新型提供了一种活动式粉尘收集装置，其粉尘有效收集率可达90%以上，大幅度净化了车间的环境，并且实际操作简单，使用稳定可靠。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为：
一种活动式灌装粉尘收集装置，包括灌装用桶及安装于其上的粉尘收集器，其中所述粉尘收集器为软质结构，其可根据所述灌装用桶的上沿形状作出安装方位及安装弧度的适应性调整，所述粉尘收集器正面开设有若干吸附孔，其背部通过软管连接设置有抽风装置。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述粉尘收集器顶部设置有若干固定孔，其通过牵引绳及弹簧提携式安装于所述灌装用桶上沿。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述粉尘收集器与所述抽风装置之间设置有粉尘过滤装置，所述粉尘过滤装置下端设置有粉尘回收盒。

具体实施方式
参照附图1，本实用新型为一种活动式灌装粉尘收集装置，包括灌装用桶1及安装于其上的粉尘收集器2。其中，粉尘收集器2为软质结构，其顶部设置有固定孔22，可通过牵引绳及弹簧提携式安装在灌装用桶1的上沿，并且基于其结构的可适性，操作者可根据灌装用桶1的上沿形状对粉尘收集器2作出安装方位及安装弧度的适应性调整，以使其吸附孔21有效覆盖粉尘散逸严重的部位，提高吸附收集率。
粉尘收集器2的背部通过软管连接设置有抽风装置3，当抽风装置3工作时，散逸于粉尘收集器2正面吸附孔21前的大部分粉尘颗粒由于受到负压影响，将被吸附入软管内，随后经过粉尘过滤装置4的过滤作用，沉积于下方的粉尘回收盒5内。
此粉尘收集器2可根据灌装用桶1实际情况活动式的“量身定制”，吸附孔21可有效覆盖粉尘散逸严重的部位，粉尘有效收集率可达90%以上，大幅度净化了车间的环境，同时，采用弹簧吊装粉尘收集器2的固定方式，在实际使用时更为方便灵活、省力，实际操作简单，使用稳定可靠。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活动式灌装粉尘收集装置，其特征在于：所述粉尘收集器（2）顶部设置有若干固定孔（22），其通过牵引绳及弹簧提携式安装于所述灌装用桶（1）上沿。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种活动式灌装粉尘收集装置，其特征在于：所述粉尘收集器（2）与所述抽风装置（3）之间设置有粉尘过滤装置（4），所述粉尘过滤装置（4）下端设置有粉尘回收盒（5）。
