一种颗粒物料干燥***,主要由振动流化床干燥器、空气过滤器、加热器和旋风分离器组成;所述振动流化床干燥器底部两侧设有隔振簧,隔振簧与地面相连,一侧隔振簧内侧设有热风进风口,所述热风进风口通过管道依次与加热器、送风机和空气过滤器相连;另一侧隔振簧内侧设有冷风进风口,所述冷风进风口通过管道依次与送风机和空气过滤器相连;所述振动流化床干燥器中部设有振动电机,两侧分别设有进料口和出料口,所述进料口上方设有进料装置;所述振动流化床干燥器上部设有两个出风口,所述出风口通过管道与旋风分离器的进气口相连,所述旋风分离器的出风口通过管道与引风机相连。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较有益效果表现在:能够有效地对颗粒物料进行烘干,且干燥效果好,效率快。

本实用新型一种颗粒物料干燥***,主要由振动流化床干燥器4、空气过滤器1、加热器3和旋风分离器6组成;所述振动流化床干燥器4底部两侧设有隔振簧42,隔振簧42与地面相连,一侧隔振簧42内侧设有热风进风口47,所述热风进风口47通过管道依次与加热器3、送风机2和空气过滤器1相连;另一侧隔振簧42内侧设有冷风进风口45,所述冷风进风口45通过管道依次与送风机2和空气过滤器1相连;所述振动流化床干燥器4中部设有振动电机41,两侧分别设有进料口46和出料口43,所述进料口46上方设有进料装置5;所述振动流化床干燥器4上部设有两个出风口44,所述出风口44通过管道与旋风分离器6的进气口相连,所述旋风分离器6的出风口通过管道与引风机7相连。
工作时,颗粒物料从进料装置5滑下经进料口46进入振动流化床干燥器4,经空气净化器1净化、送风机2吹送、加热器3加热的热气吹干后,再经空气净化器1净化、送风机2吹送的冷风吹干降温后,从振动流化床干燥器4的出料口43流出;;而热风和冷风由振动流化床干燥器4上部的出风口44流出,通过管道进入旋风分离器6,由旋风分离器6分离除尘后,再由引风机7排入空气。
