本实用新型涉及油田污水处理监控技术领域,尤其是指一种液位监控自动***。
背景技术
20世纪60年代,超声波液(物)位计首次被用于物位测量,最初只能测量3-4米的短量程液位,随后发展到固体料位。今天,随着电子技术的发展,超声波液位计/超声波料位计测量仪器可以测量几厘米到几十米的物位范围,在诸多恶劣的条件下表现出非凡的能力。现在市场上给油田污水池、收油池等敞开式池子的液位控制***为超声波报警式液位计,超声波报警式液位计主要是通过超声波探测的原理传输液位变化及最低、最高液位极限值,通过探测后的液位情况,当达到最低或最高液位时,超声波会通过集线模块转换成电信号,然后经过电信号传播到报警***,然后提示操作人员进行提升泵的启停。
这种方式存在下述技术缺陷:通过现场运行后发现超声波液位计只存在报警***,并不能彻底解决现场自动化操作的要求。因污水池、收油池容积较小,罐位差较小,现场运行经常存在每30分钟***就开始报警,操作人员就要穿过生产区手动操作提升泵。这样即增加操作人员的劳动强度,又造成操作人员穿过生产区时存在安全隐患。所以在原超声波报警***的基础上又增加了自动控制***。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的技术缺陷,本实用新型的技术方案根据现场情况,为了减轻工作人员劳动强度,避免安全隐患,防止污水池、污油池溢流造成环境污染,在原设备的基础上增加了自动控制***和液位监视***。
具体为,一种液位监控自动***,包含设置在污水池或污油池里的超声波液位计,连接超声波液位计的集线模块,集线模块通过服务器连接至监控中心,监控中心连接有一提升泵,提升泵一端连接至污水池或污油池中。
优选的,所述监控中心为显示器;
优选的,所述集线模块为含通用接口的集线器。

参照图1,一种液位监控自动***,包含设置在污水池1或污油池1里的超声波液位计4,连接超声波液位计4的集线模块5,集线模块5通过服务器7连接至监控中心8,监控中心8连接有一提升泵6,提升泵6一端连接至污水池1或污油池1中。
其工作原理是,超声波液位计4探头发射出超声波,然后被液面反射,探头部分再接收,并将接收到的信息传递通过集线模块5传递给服务器7,经服务器7显示在监控中心8上,在监控***界面中,可以清晰的监测到污水池实际的液位,然后再根据事先设定好的污水池液面的最高上限和最低下限,当液位到达最高上限时,提升泵6就会自动启动,达到最低下限时,提升泵6就会自动停止,实现了全自动化(比如最高上限设置为2.0m,最低下限设置为1.0m,液位监测到处于2.0m时,泵就会自动启动,启动中液位降到1.0m时泵就会自动停止)。

1.一种液位监控自动***,其特征在于,包含设置在污水池或污油池里的超声波液位计,连接超声波液位计的集线模块,集线模块通过服务器连接至监控中心,监控中心连接有一提升泵,提升泵一端连接至污水池或污油池中。
