本实用新型属于飞机结构设计技术领域，具体涉及一种橡胶密封条。
背景技术
在飞机表面的运动部件处，需要实现气动密封，在不凸出外形的同时，保证飞机的气动性能。在大型飞机升降舵上下翻转运动时，平尾后缘维修口盖与升降舵之间就会产生缝隙，为了避免气流通过缝隙进入平尾后缘，因此需要在平尾后缘维修口盖与升降舵之间设计密封装置，使升降舵运动时始终满足平尾后缘的气动密封要求。而升降舵翻转运动角度范围较大，在运动过程中一般橡胶密封条刚度难以保证，难以实现与升降舵完美贴合，同时，橡胶密封条与升降舵因反复摩擦存在磨损，容易损坏，且需要经常更换。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于，克服现有技术的不足之处，提供一种贴合良好、装配简单，满足刚度需求，不易变形，使用寿命长，便于拆卸更换，适应大翻转角度运动外形的橡胶密封条。
为解决上述问题本实用新型技术方案提供一种橡胶密封条，包括：安装边1、加厚干涉边2、表面织物层3，所述安装边1有多个安装豁口，安装时紧固件从豁口处穿过，将所述橡胶密封条固定在安装位置，拆卸时拧松连接处的紧固件，可直接将橡胶密封条抽出；所述加厚干涉边2与运动接触表面形成一定的干涉，实现密封作用。
优选的，所述表面织物层3为玻璃纤维织物层。
优选的，所述加厚干涉边2的加厚程度满足飞机舵面运动时橡胶条的刚度需求。
