技术领域
    本实用新型涉及一种筛板,具体说的是溢流式筛板塔的筛板。
背景技术
筛板塔扎板塔的一种,内装若干层水平塔板,板上有许多小孔,形状如筛;并装有溢流管或没有溢流管。操作时,液体由塔顶进入,经溢流管(一部分经筛孔)逐板下降,并在板上积存液层。气体(或蒸气)由塔底进入,经筛孔上升穿过液层,鼓泡而出,因而两相可以充分接触,并相互作用。泡沫式接触气液传质过程的一种形式,性能优于泡罩塔。
筛板塔的筛板如果设计不合理,在塔内处于低压状态,如果筛孔过大,液体很容易堵满筛孔,不利于气体从筛孔上升穿过液层,如果筛孔过小,气体出量小,不利于气体与液体的充分接触。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种溢流式筛板塔的筛板,利用弧形结构使塔内液体内气体充分接触,提升筛板的使用效果。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题的不足而采用的技术方案是:溢流式筛板塔的筛板,所述的筛板为中间高边缘低的弧形板,在筛板上设有筛孔,筛孔的大小由筛板的中部向边缘逐渐增大。
本实用新型所述的筛孔边缘设有用于遮挡筛孔的遮挡弧板。
本实用新型所述的筛孔为倒锥型。
本实用新型有益效果是:
1、筛板设计为弧形,随着弧度,筛孔逐渐增大,流在筛板上的液体随着筛板平顶四散开来,不会在筛板上堆积,使流动的液体与气体充分接触。
2、在筛孔加设遮挡弧板,只是将筛也遮住一部分,同时对筛板上流动的液体进行阻挡,即不使液体堵塞筛孔,又能使气体与液体更好接触。
3、筛孔为倒锥型,该孔上小下大,使气体的通过更容易,液体不容易流入筛孔内,将气体从大压小,增强出气的压力,使细小的气体与液体接触,接触更均匀。

具体实施方式
如图所示,溢流式筛板塔的筛板,所述的筛板1为中间高边缘低的弧形板,筛板最合适为圆形板,使液体在弧板上各角度的流速一致,在筛板1上设有筛孔2,筛孔2的大小由筛板1的中部向边缘逐渐增大,液体以铺的形式流过筛孔,该种形式,是使液体边缘进入孔内,只会将孔表铺上,气体很容易就从孔内钻出与液体结合将孔打开,同时,液体与气体的结合使液体不会在筛板上堆积过多,在边缘的孔大,使液体与气体的结合更为迅速,防止液体堆种堵塞筛孔。
所述的筛孔2边缘设有用于遮挡筛孔2的遮挡弧板3,遮挡弧板3只是将筛也遮住一部分,同时对筛板上流动的液体进行阻挡,即不使液体堵塞筛孔,又能使气体与液体更好接触。
所述的筛孔2为倒锥形,该孔上小下大,使气体的通过更容易,液体不容易流入筛孔内,将气体从大压小,增强出气的压力,使细小的气体与液体接触,接触更均匀。。
实施例1
将筛板一层一层安装在筛板塔内,筛板采用中间高四周低的圆形弧面板,在筛板上设有圆形孔或者椭圆孔,多个筛孔的均匀设置在筛板上,从筛板中部向四周逐渐变大。

将筛板一层一层安装在筛板塔内,筛板采用中间高四周低的圆形弧面板,在筛板上设有圆形孔或者椭圆孔,多个筛孔的均匀设置在筛板上,从筛板中部向四周逐渐变大,在筛孔上设有遮挡弧板,遮挡弧板为一个向外凸的弧面,遮挡住筛孔一部分,遮挡弧板与筛孔之间的口对准筛板中心位置。

1.溢流式筛板塔的筛板,其特征在于:所述的筛板(1)为中间高边缘低的弧形板,在筛板(1)上设有筛孔(2),筛孔(2)的大小由筛板(1)的中部向边缘逐渐增大。
2.如权利要求1所述的溢流式筛板塔的筛板,其特征在于:所述的筛孔(2)边缘设有用于遮挡筛孔(2)的遮挡弧板(3)。
3.如权利要求2所述的溢流式筛板塔的筛板,其特征在于:所述的筛孔(2)为倒锥型。
