背景技术
目前国内履带式机械设备驱动桥的结构都是由中央传动、转向离合器及制动器、终传动四个部件组成，这种结构比较复杂、输入功率小，多用在中小功率的履带式机械设备上。大马力履带式机械设备由于输入功率大，对驱动桥的可靠性要求更高。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种双动力输入履带式机械设备驱动桥，由两个主减速器分别带动两侧的轮边减速器工作，输入扭矩大，传动效率高，工作平稳可靠。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：
一种双动力输入履带式机械设备驱动桥，包含有设置于桥壳内的主减速器、左右两侧半轴和轮边减速器，所述左右两侧半轴的两端分别连接有主减速器、轮边减速器和行星轮架，所述左右两侧的主减速器上分别连接有输入法兰。
所述桥壳上设置型槽定位装置。
所述主减速器采用螺旋锥齿轮传动机构。
所述轮边减速器采用具有三个行星轮的行星减速传动机构。
所述桥壳采用整体式铸钢桥壳。
本实用新型改变传统中央传动的结构，构造简单、故障少、维修方便，设计了两个独立工作的主减速器，分别控制左右两侧的轮边减速器工作，主减速器采用螺旋锥齿轮传动机构，输入扭矩大，传动效率高，转向灵活，在不操纵转向机构时，作业机械具有良好的直线行驶稳定性；作业机械能够原地转向、转向半径变化范围大，转向时发动机的附加载荷小，转向时平局速度没有明显下降；轮边减速器采用具有三个行星轮的行星减速传动机构，整体运动刚性好，输出速度平稳；桥壳采用整体式铸钢桥壳，承载大，刚性好；桥壳上设置型槽定位装置，与作业机械车架上的悬挂型槽相互匹配，与底盘接触牢靠，加强了整机的稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细描述：
如图1、2所示，该双动力输入履带式机械设备驱动桥，包含有设置于桥壳6内的主减速器2、左右两侧半轴3和轮边减速器4，所述左右两侧半轴3的两端分别连接有主减速器2、轮边减速器4和行星轮架5，所述左右两侧的主减速器2上分别连接有输入法兰1。两个主减速器2独立工作，各自控制自己一侧的轮边减速器4工作，输入扭矩大，传动效率高，转向灵活。
作为优选的方式，所述桥壳6上设置型槽定位装置7，本实施例中，型槽定位装置7设置为V型，与拖拉机机架上的V型槽相互匹配，使得整个驱动桥与拖拉机底盘接触牢靠，稳定性加强。
作为优选的方式，所述主减速器2采用螺旋锥齿轮传动机构。
作为优选的方式，所述轮边减速器4采用具有三个行星轮的行星减速传动机构，整体运动刚性好，输出速度平稳。
作为优选的方式，所述桥壳6采用整体式铸钢桥壳，承载大，刚性好。
本实用新型在具体的工作过程中，主机动力扭矩从输入法兰1传入，由设置在桥壳6中间的主减速器2减速后，通过左右两侧半轴3将动力分别传递给两侧的轮边减速器4，再由轮边减速传动将动力最终传递给行星轮架5，从而驱动履带轮前进，实现了左右两侧独立工作，互不影响。
