背景技术
    目前的发热管通常是采用圆弧形、直线形、单圈形,这几种发热管都存在与受热体之间的接触面过少,加热速度较慢;在相同的功率下,发热管较短,局部发热量较大,容易因为局部发热量过大烧毁。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种新型电热管,它能有效解决了加热速度较慢、局部过热的问题,具有结构简单、成本低廉、持久耐用的特点。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种新型电热管,包括主体,所述主体包括发热段以及设在发热段两端的电源连接端,其特征在于:所述发热段为盘旋状,所述发热段的盘旋圈数大于一圈;
进一步地,所述发热段盘旋圈的下侧面处于同一水平线。
本实用新型采用了上述的技术方案,克服了背景技术的不足,提供一种新型电热管,它能有效解决了加热速度较慢、局部过热的问题,具有结构简单、成本低廉、持久耐用的特点。

由于发热段11的盘旋圈数大于一圈,并且发热段11盘旋圈的下侧面处于同一水平线,这种情况下,发热段11与受热体的接触面就大大增加,受热会比较均匀快速;同时,发热段11的局部电阻较小,局部发热量也较小。
